Conclusion (About Videos on Patreon) (Patreon)

These are the main points that came up during the discussion, along with the conclusion I reached for each one:

Limiting video downloads to Tier 3: For now, I will NOT be going with this option. A large portion of my Tier 2 audience is already used to being able to download these animations, and suddenly taking that away from them would be a negative change. Keeping downloads available will also make the content more accessible to Tier 2 members.

Using MEGA and Patreon’s video feature at the same time: I understand that some people may not have access to MEGA, whether because of technical limitations, personal preferences, or simply because they find the extra steps annoying. I’ll continue using MEGA as I always have, while also using Patreon’s new video feature for those who simply want to watch the video directly on Patreon. :3

How much will I use the new feature? I’ll use it for the next 4 animations, and afterward I’ll make a poll to see how well it has been received. :3

Could there be negative consequences to using this feature, considering Patreon’s censorship policies? Patreon only censors content or suspends accounts when adult content isn’t marked as exclusive. IN THEORY, there shouldn’t be any issues as long as the thumbnails are appropriate and don’t contain anything suggestive, and the content itself remains exclusive. However, if any problems do come up, I’ll stop using the feature.

For now, that’s my conclusion regarding this feature. :3 I really appreciate everyone who participated and shared their thoughts on the previous post.

I know the idea of giving Tier 3 more exclusivity was also discussed, but I think the best approach is to add benefits to my Patreon rather than take existing ones away. :3 I also want to make my content more accessible.

That’s all for today! Later, I’ll be posting some previews of the next animation. If you have any questions, comments, complaints, or suggestions, they’re more than welcome. (～￣▽￣)～

Have a lovely day! (づ￣ 3￣)づ❤️
