Welcome to something completely new!

This is our first ever deep tissue therapy session recorded using Meta Glasses, giving you a true point-of-view experience from my perspective throughout the treatment.

Please bear with me while I get used to the camera angles! This is a learning process, and I'm sure they'll improve with every session. I wanted to bring you along from the very beginning so you can experience the treatment exactly as I do.

Gemma returns for another deep tissue session, focusing on relieving muscular tension, improving movement, and working through areas of restriction. If you've ever wondered what a treatment looks like from the therapist's point of view, this is the closest experience yet.
