aloha all, and welcome to all the new Patrons!

first of all, thank you to all of you for supporting my mission. i love teaching and i love how much joy and inspiration the ukulele brings to the world.

i am currently editing the tutorial for last month's vote winner, Moonshadow. for those who participated in the Live Lesson or in my class, you know that this is a complicated song. i learned so much from teaching this song, and i'm really grateful to the Patrons for voting for and supporting the monthly tutorials. you are directly helping me grow as a teacher, and as i work on new original music, i can tell that my musicianship is expanding. which is such a thrill - personal growth, my favorite! thank you. follow your passion.

for those who are new:

the first week of the month, we vote for the monthly tutorial.
the 2nd week of the month, i share a chord chart for that song (for $3+ Patrons) and teach a live lesson of the song (for $5+ Patrons).
at the end of the month, i publish a Patron-supported tutorial on YouTube for everyone to enjoy.
we have a calendar on our forum (please sign up and check out the discussion topics) where you can see the monthly events.

HOW TO VOTE

below you see the top 4 poll choices and the top 5 write-in songs (there was a tie) from last month's vote. i'm excited about these new write-in songs!

1. vote for as many of the checkbox song choices as you like below - multiple votes allowed. please note - as soon as you tick the checkbox, the vote is counted. (you can look at the ticker on the right!)

2. in addition, you can comment below with 1 write-in song - just 1 comment with 1 song that you want a tutorial for! (any additional songs/comments will not be counted)

3. plus, you can upvote other people's song requests by clicking the heart on their comments - so if you and someone else write-in the same song, and then heart each other's comments, then you've essentially doubled your voting power. :) definitely review other people's comments and upvote your faves.
