Holiday Jam Workshops - just for Patrons! (Patreon)

Aloha Patrons!

Let's jam - join me this season for a 4-part Holiday Jam Workshop series on Patreon!

Last year, I shared a 13-song Beginner Holiday Jam Packet for all to download and hosted the YouTube Holiday Jam 2016 with my band so that people across the world could jam together for the holidays.  You can still download the packet and play along with the recorded jam - we had a blast!

This year, I will teach those 13 songs over the course of 4 online workshop sessions via Patreon, at the $10 Beginner Jam level.  Patrons at this level normally get one Live Jam per month - for November and December, they will get a bonus jam each month, for a total of 4 workshop jams. :)

Holiday Jam Workshop schedule

All Workshops go live via a private link at 4:30pm Pacific Time, and you can log into YouTube to join the live chat.  All Workshops will be recorded to watch or review later.

• Workshop #1 - 11/16: Last Christmas, Feliz Navidad, Jingle Bells, Silent Night
• Workshop #2 - 11/28: Mele Kalikimaka, Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree, Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer, Silver Bells
• Workshop #3 - 12/5: Santa Claus is Comin' to Town, Blue Christmas, Let it Snow
• Workshop #4 - 12/12: Jingle Bell Rock, All I Want for Christmas is You

We are starting with the easiest songs and building skills over the 4 workshops to end with the hardest song.  I will share techniques and tips for Beginners that will also be great review for more advanced players.  Even if you're not really into holiday music, we can build a solid foundation for ukulele using these familiar holiday songs.

Upgrade to the $10 pledge

If you would like to upgrade your Patreon pledge to join the Workshop series, go to Your Pledges in the top right corner menu, go to Edit Pledge, click to Edit your Reward Tier, and then click the Update Pledge button.  I know it can be confusing, you can click here for help or ask for help on our facebook group.

The holidays are a time for group singing and musical gatherings, so let's get ready to play some music and lead some holiday jamming!  I also encourage you to invite your uke squads and uke clubs to download the packet and practice together - and extend an invite to them to join Patreon so they can participate in the workshops and become part of our awesome online community!

Look forward to seeing some of you Thursday for our first Holiday Workshop!
