Aloha Patrons!

Thanks for voting in our September song poll which was inspired by your write-in suggestions - our winner is Ain't No Sunshine by Bill Withers.

You can join me online to learn this song in our September 2018 Live Lesson this Thursday. I'm working on an arrangement for this song that can use the low-G to play the bass line, but will work for high-G as well.

For each of our monthly song vote winners, I teach a Live Lesson for $5+ Patrons and post a Patron-only chord chart for $3+ Patrons. I then create a Patron-supported Play-Along to share on YouTube. Here's a playlist of recent Patron-supported Play-Along videos. All Patrons will get access to the recorded Lesson once the Play-Along and Chord Chart are published. Click here to find all available Live Lessons.

If you'd like to change your pledge and join us for the Live Lesson on 9/13 at 4:30PM Pacific Time, click here for help on editing your pledge.

Thanks!

xo cynthia.

Bill Withers - Ain't No Sunshine (Official Video)

Bill Withers performing his legendary "Ain't No Sunshine" in 1971. Ain't no sunshine when she's gone It's not warm when she's away Ain't no sunshine when she's gone And she's always gone too long Anytime she goes away Wonder this time where she's gone Wonder if she's gone to stay Ain't no sunshine when she's gone And this house just ain't no home Anytime she goes away And I know, I know, I know, I know I know, I know, I know, I know, I know I know, I know, I know, I know, I know I know, I know, I know, I know, I know I know, I know, I know, I know, I know I know, I know Hey, I oughtta leave young thing alone But ain't no sunshine when she's gone Ain't no sunshine when she's gone Only darkness every day Ain't no sunshine when she's gone And this house just ain't no home Anytime she goes away Anytime she goes away Anytime she goes away Anytime she goes away
