Aloha Patrons!
My new summer single is here! Today I’m officially releasing "Aquamarine," a new original song that I wrote on my ukulele at Kailua Beach on Oahu. With a retro, tropical sound and bossa nova vibe, it’s perfect for summertime lounging. It speaks to the peace and freedom I feel when I'm by the ocean and in the water. Please listen and enjoy a few moments of escape.

About the team behind "Aquamarine"
I'm very fortunate to have two good friends and collaborators on this track. Ukulenny (who also has new music out today, check out Ukulenny's new album!) plays U-bass, and Abe Lagrimas, Jr. plays uke, vibraphone, drums, and various percussion. Abe also produced and arranged the track. We recorded with Glenn Suravech of Mosaic Sound Recordings in Los Angeles, on vintage ribbon mics and analog equipment, which lends to the track's retro sound.
What do you think? Let me know below. Happy listening!
xo cynthia.
