Welcome to December, and a warm welcome to all the new Patrons! Thanks for joining us here, and thanks to all of you for directly supporting my work and for helping to create a powerful and positive online ukulele community!

If you are a new Patron, please introduce yourself in the comments below. Feel free to share how long you've been playing, what kind of uke you play, if you have an uke club to play with, what songs you've been working on. And if you've been a Patron for a while and want to share, please go ahead. This is a good place for questions too - fellow Patrons, feel free to help me answer any newbie questions. 

A note for newbies - I know Patreon can be a bit hard to navigate. Please be patient and explore.  Some important resources:

• Check out our New Patron Guide/FAQ post, and please comment there if you have a question that the FAQ doesn't answer. 
• Be sure to join our secret Patrons-Only Facebook group  (email patronhelp@cynthialin.com with your Facebook email address - more info in the Community Notes at the bottom of this post.)  Our community on Facebook is active and supportive, and it's the best place to post any question you have about Patreon or ukulele. 
• I also recommend downloading our CL Patron App, which has links to all my channels and resources (see Community Notes for links to download).

November 2019 RECAP

November Patron Lessons and Jams:

• In our November Live Lesson, I taught several variations on "Moondance." That lesson is now available to all Patrons.
• We jammed together using the new  "Yay 300K!" Songbook at our November Beginner Jam ($10+ Patrons). 
• Our November Intermediate Jam  ($20+ Patrons) featured a lesson on building and fleshing-out a Chord Melody version of "Silent Night."

• Yay 300K! In November, I held a celebratory Livestream event to mark my YouTube Subscriber count passing 300,000! Thank you all for your support. Ben Ahn was my special guest. You can watch the recording of our live event here: http//bit.ly/YAY300KLivestream 
• Speaking of Ben Ahn, in the last days of November, I posted a new Play-Along video for "Last Christmas" featuring Ben. I hope you'll watch it on YouTube and share it with your friends and uke groups! https://youtu.be/K3G7qFvCTxw  
• November 19th was #ThankYouPatrons Day here on Patreon.  I'm so grateful for every single one of my Patrons, and in recognition of your support I shared a previously-unreleased audio track of "You've Got a Friend" just for Patrons. Find that here.

MORE UPCOMING 2019 and 2020 EVENTS

• This weekend I'll be in San Francisco for the SF Uke Jam's 7th Annual Holiday Jam on Saturday, December 7! I hope if you're near the Bay Area you are planning to join us. Find more info and a link to purchase tickets here. Let me know in the comments if we'll see you there!  Youʻll also be able to livestream the jam via SF Uke Festʻs facebook page.
• Ben Ahn and I will join forces again on December 14, 2019, for my Holiday Aloha Livestream. The one-hour live event will stream on YouTube, starting at 1pm Hawaii / 3pm SF / 6pm NYC / 8pm Rio / 11pm LDN / 8am (Sun) Tokyo / 10am (Sun) SYD. See all the details here.
• I announced that our next Beatles Uke Jam 2020 (in Berkeley, CA + Livestreamed on FB) will be held on March 28, 2020. For tickets and more info, check out our FB Event page.
• The weekend for our San Francisco Summer Uke Fest 2020 has also been announced! This will be the fourth year for the Bay Area festival that Ukulenny and I co-founded. Save these dates: July 24-26, 2020! This year will see our venue change to Freight and Salvage, in Berkeley, CA, where the Holiday Jams and Beatles Jams have been held.  Watch our Flash Mob video and get more details about next year's festival here.
