Check out Ukulenny's free Beginner Lesson called "Ukulele Jumpstart"

I encourage all newbies to watch Ukulenny's "Ukulele Jumpstart" for Beginners, which includes a lesson for "Roar." In addition to his warm and welcoming style, Ukulenny is a seasoned music educator, and I think everyone could learn something new from his approach to the ukulele.

Beatles Jam with Ukulenny 2/27

Reminder that our monthly CL x Ukulenny Community Livestream is this Saturday 2/27 (last Saturday of the month, at 12pm Hawaii time), and we will jam on Beatles tunes! We are super excited to be able to sing those classic harmonies together - Songbook is coming later this week. You might like to practice with my Beatles playlist - there's always something to learn from playing the Beatles. Enjoy!

ROAR LYRICS I used to bite my tongue and hold my breath Scared to rock the boat and make a mess So I sat quietly, agreed politely I guess that I forgot I had a choice I let you push me past the breaking point I stood for nothing, so I fell for everything You held me down, but I got up (hey) Already brushing off the dust You hear my voice, you hear that sound Like thunder, gonna shake the ground You held me down, but I got up (hey) Get ready 'cause I've had enough I see it all, I see it now I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter Dancing through the fire 'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar Louder, louder than a lion 'Cause I am a champion, and you're gonna hear me roar Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh Oh-oh-oh-oh-oh You're gonna hear me roar
