aloha Patrons!

hope to see some of you shortly for this month's Live Lesson!  (I'll send a direct message too, it seems to work better as a reminder.)

I'll be teaching our February vote-winning song, Sound of Silence.  I can also give a short overview of how to play Can't Help Falling in Love - it's relatively easy!

HOW TO WATCH:

1. Click the link to the Live Lesson: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WYVzZfpbRqc  (same as the video linked above)

2. Download the chord charts to follow along (look for the blue link on the left under the video, just click to download)

3. Log into YouTube to join the chat - your feedback will be helpful as I work my way through teaching the song.

It will probably last 30-45 minutes.  It's my first time teaching this song, and I always learn something by teaching.  So tune in if you can, and thanks for your help and support!

TO WATCH LATER: use the exact same video link - the lesson is recorded and archived using the same link.

see you soon!

Thanks Cynthia - that was a really good lesson!

Hi Cynthia, Thanks for another "FUN"TASTIC Lesson! Missed it but caught it later. Really liked the finger picking tip that it's OK to use just the thumb. These old fingers of mine seem to not quite want to work together as a team. My brain can multitask but my fingers want to do one thing at a time and not always in the correct order. LOL Thanks again.

Thanks Cynthia! I wasn't able to join live but I've watched it twice already. I'm a new patron. Your youtube tutorials were my only source of instructionals. I feel like this is what I was missing. The details around the chord transitions really helped and I'm sure it will help going forward.

Another awesome session and I learned so much, love the G to Em tip!

I just discover that live lesson and you explain it so wonderful that I got it tonight! Thank you so much!
