This Week on Patreon...HEAT WAVE! (Patreon)

Massive heat wave incoming!

Like many around my neck of the woods, we are dealing with scorching temperatures. Starting today for the next 5 days it will be over 100 degrees Fahrenheit in the Bay Area. Needless to say, I'll be waking up early making every attempt to get studio time in before it becomes unbearable. That said...I've got a few plans!

Ambient tutorials tier: One of you had a great suggestion to make a tutorial about going "off the grid" which I'll definitely get done. Like many of the videos I do, we're going to be talking about the canvas and laying in sounds and chords to construct sonic movement and creating a sense of space. I'll also try and fit in your September full track walkthrough video. I've got new tools to try out and share!

Ambient presets: With the never ending delay of the release of Vital 1.5, I'm thinking of moving my next soundset to Phase Plant. How cool would that be - a full on S1gns soundset in Phase Plant! Needless to say, you guys will be getting the benefit in real time as the more time I spend programming patches, the more I'll have to share. Someone also suggested I should do a Surge XT set...maybe a Micro Pack would be in order?

S1gns Circle tier and up: You guys should be busy this week! The September S1gns Circle meetings are September 14th and the 28th. If you need any advice on your tracks or any questions on your process, don't hesitate to reach out any time. Even when I try and escape the heat to an alternate location, I will have my laptop.

Cheers to all of you. Stay cool!
