For patrons of all tiers!As a beginner, you may be just starting out and might not know where to begin. However, it's through taking those first steps that you begin to make sense of what you're doing and the path before you starts to become clear. Your doubt turns into confidence, and you start to see results.

Hopefully there are things in this video that will help you on your journey and help you realize that what you are chasing after isn't that far away, you just need to close the gap between yourself and it and the work will take care of itself. That's why I created this video.

Brilliant ! Right on point - can we do FX tutorial leading ways to create amazing effects FX transitions - I have some samples I want to learn to create from scratch - maybe you can have a Dropbox folder we can upload our small FX to recreate - I’ll start :)

I have been following Chris's youtube channel more or less occasionaly for a long time while my music has been shifting towards ambient and so has my focus on the music I listen to. Lately I have noticed a change in me which I totally recognized from Chris's introduction video for the patreon. Ambient music is the first think I think about when I wake up and the last thing before I fall asleep... So i decided to finally become a patreon. Even if I think I'm past a beginner level already, this was the first video I watched after becoming a patreon and I'm impressed. Lots of good reminders even for more advancd producers and if this is the quality of the rest I find here I'm going to forget about youtube for a while and suck in every patreon video. Thank you Chris! Your videos are very informative and inspiring at the same time, and the music you make is awesome!

Hey Chris - great video. I'm doing a lot of build-a-bear projects with your videos, replicating your steps, sometimes actually writing down the steps in the Notes window of Logic. It's helping me to develop basic habits, a repeatable process. I'm an old musician and teacher who understands well the time commitment required to become proficient, much less masterful. But I love the process of learning itself. It's a practice in the spiritual sense of that word. As Billy Strayorn loved to say, ever on and upward! Cheers!
