The Cube has been updated to 1.5 and Lunacy is hosting their fall sale!

Back in 2022 I reviewed "The Cube" from Lunacy Audio very highly. It's a really cool sampling and vector synthesizer that's totally unique! It uses motion and physics to accomplish crossfading between the 8 corners of the cube at the center to create some amazing results. Other-worldly soundscapes, deep drones, and environmental ambient spaces are all possible with The Cube.

Lunacy Audio reached out again this year and asked me to take another look at the synth, along with the new "Canopies" sound pack by YouTuber and musician Benn Jordan and it's pretty sweet! Supposedly Benn went to great lengths to record these samples and there's definitely quality there. The presets are also really good.

Anyway, enjoy the video / walkthrough! If you want to pick up The Cube, or any of the sound packs you might have missed, Lunacy Audio's sale starts today and runs until Oct. 25th.
