There is actually a spa in Japan where they do this. You actually sit in giant baths of coffee alcohol and other beverages.

I hate this, was this not supposed to be: "Kat being drunk, cute and VERY overly affectionate towards Keith much to Natani's dismay?" this is like 2% of that. I've been waiting for Keith x Kat since forever thinking "FINALLY someone suggested something great!" NOPE. YOU LOSE. I guess the TwoKinds universe would implode or something. If this isn't that suggestion then I will apologize, I actually hope I made that mistake.

when i saw the title i thought it might have been my suggestion of kat drunk, and looking flirty or generally happy. while i am sad this was not my suggestion, for me pretty much any kat is good kat.

This was the round 2 "Tom Pick". He chose this (unsteddy's suggestion), as he wanted to draw it. (Tom actually stated he wanted to draw it the previous week, when a glitch dropped it from the votes somehow). Sometimes Tom does the #2 from the votes, sometimes he chooses something else.
