12 years ago, Keith's childhood is a little different when he encounters a wolfpup who challenges him to battle! Suggested by amenon (and dedicated to avwolf)!

2026-10-08 11:00 Nat is 13? And Keith is 19? That's a crazy age difference. Because if you think about it Nat is at about half the usual lifespan of a Keidran. So in retrospect, Keith is (kinda) dating a 45 year old... JS old people... this has predator written all over it...

Correction: He WAS researching how to prolong Flora's life until Lady Nora talked him out of it. Regardless, both Trace and Keith have suffered the pain of loss before. Thankfully, Keith hasn't gone down the dark path that Trace took in the past...yet.

I don't think there is a way to prolong a keidran's life. honestly, the solution to the vast different in life span is to have a child, a living memory and testament to both parents.

Unless we find some way to prolong our life span then engineer it to work with keidran then teleport it into their world with some message on it telling them what it is and how to use it. This a Bit too far?

I know its a fantasy setting but it doesn't make sense that people the same size as humans live shorter lives just because they are based on shorter lived animals, it feels wrong
