If you break it down, she says two things: A. “I’m not into girls”; She’s indicating she doesn’t hold romantic interest in girls. B. “But the collar did a nice job” She’s complimenting the end product of the collar’s efforts towards the change to Keith’s appearance, the opposite of which, Natani has exhibited the desire to achieve. I’m no girl, but my sister actually does talk this way sometimes if one of her female friends clothing items or something makes them look great.
