I don't think basitins are normally necessarily physically stronger (they are more immune to potions/Magics/poisons though). However, due to their highly regimented and militarized life, with training from a young age, it's likely that this results in them being better fighters (form and eperience wise). This may also result in them being stronger, but it's not a spices thing for them all. <br> (Adelaide however is just super mode)

I think it's just a high-angle shot and that arrow is lodged in the grass behind her. But yeah, I thought it was sticking into her head too; because Adelaide needs more reasons to be badass.
