normally humans and keidran can't but the rules have been changed by the masks to allow it. so who knows if that extends to Bastilins as well.

The way it was implied in comic was that the mask that "owned" Keidran had been actively preventing it from happening. And once it was beaten it decided that it needs to make sure that at least some Keidran blood remains. And also that it had allowed it before sometimes in the past, or at least had not realized to prevent before fist ones happened.

So there is nothing in canon to prevent Basitin/Keidran hybrids, provided that the mask in question is not still uptight about it.

TERMINATOR. I know it seems like a weird reference to make but it's one of the movies I point to as an example of how to do a sex scene that's romantic and not raunchy. I know Tom needs to keep TwoKinds SFW but in my opinion, he's inadvertently making characters that are fleeing further development and thus making them seem weaker for it.

Transexual infers the idea of transitioning from one sex to the other. This is a fictional world where Natani shares half of her brothers soul, hence why she is a bit confused in regards to her gender. She is female. Then again this is 2020. I thought everyone could be a mom. Heh.

I'm not one for internet debates, but @AetherSprite224 makes a brilliant arguement regarding Natani's gender. I think it's best summed up how Keith does in the comic: "Crazy, gender-confused wolf girl". @Joshua Stewart I'd totally love to see a sketch of Natani taking care of her children.

If it's a new species instead of a hybrid, there isn't any good species concept in TwoKind's universe. That's like saying that superpower individuals are "mutants" (as we are all mutants, by some 100 mutations per individual). So, 'species' maybe.

I'm a silent watcher. But I've been reading your comics since 2009 and I've always been a big fan. Somewhere in 2011 I discovered furry comunity and created my first fursona. She looked like a mix between a basitin and a wolf keidran (or what I imagined it might look like). She still exists btw. So yep, it's a pleasure to see it finally become a thing. Thank you for this Tom!
