She planned to betray him at first...but something about his boyish charm, his desire to please ,his hardworking and can-do attitude along with his seeming new sense of freedom...it just made Jenny feel so attached to him...in a purely professonial pirate way of course (she keeps telling herself)...he smells nice to her Vixen nose too.

I made the quartermaster argument when the original sketch came out, and I stand by that. First Mate is a possibility, but not likely on a pirate vessel unless the First Mate is a military mind to step up and maintain crew cohesion during a battle, should the Captain fall. A pirate ship is a floating democracy, but Capt. Jenny always seems to garner the most votes...

I'm quite confident the two know each other personally, but not intimately. Keith was a professional soldier in the Eastern Baisitin isles prior to his banishment, so unless things happened that we have no idea about, I imagine the two are simply close, and not Biblical. Sorry if my opinion disappoints local sky lizards, but without further evidence, I just don't see it.

They do, yes. It's why Eric and Trace were able to walk around with basic shoes. Jenny is the only keidran I can recall who has shoes, let alone basic coverings like wraps or spats.
