This month's challenge is to make something using chords, and the only quality of chord you're allowed to use is called a suspended chord. There are two types of suspended chords: sus2 and sus4. The shape of this chord on a piano can go a few basic ways:

Closed sus2 (e.g. Csus2: CDG)

Spread sus2 (e.g. Csus2: CGD)

Closed sus4 (e.g. Csus4: CFG)

Inverted spread sus4 (e.g. Csus4: GCF)

On a guitar, the most popular shape is 1-5-9, like a power chord with the highest note a whole step higher.

What is a chord "quality"? major, minor, diminished, augmented, suspended.

What songs use lots of sus chords?

3 Libras - A Perfect Circle

Wish You Were Here - Incubus

Davin Cowboy - Boards of Canada

For the nerds: yes, you are allowed to have melodies that fill in the 3rd of the chord, if the piece really wants it!

Tracks do not need to be finished and there's no minimum length. Just make sumthin!

Hmmmm the third pic (Closed sus4 (e.g. Csus4: CFG)) is the same as the first one. That can't be right...
