UPDATE: I've given it some thought and I've decided to postpone the public Patreon music showcase.  If you submitted a track, thank you! I will still record a short video just for Patrons with my initial reactions and a few comments about what I enjoyed about your track. And if you'd still like to submit, feel free to send it over today!

Would you like to hear my initial thoughts on one of your tracks after I play it for the public? Please submit one track (could have been written recently or 20 years ago, whatever you want to share most!) by sending me a message on Patreon or on Discord with a download link as well as a public-facing link(s) for the livestream description. Also include your artist name, the name of the track, the name of the album (if applicable), and anything else you want me to know about the track. I'm excited about this!

:: NOTE :: I will pick about 15 submissions - if yours is not picked for this livestream, don't fret because we can do this again! :)

Patreon - ORIGINAL MUSIC SHOWCASE + analysis

Many of my Patrons are creative musicians, producers, and composers themselves, and I'll be sharing original music they submitted!

You can use the one I sent you. I might do an undated one but I don’t know how long it would take me to figure it out. Might mix it again in Reason studio. The one I sent you was in Reason 2.0. A long long time ago.

Actually can you re-send it please? I want to make sure I have all the info too, like artist name, track name, album

I will. Sharing my song with you a few weeks ago was a scary experience. I enjoy composing music for fun, but sharing it was never a plan of mine. I'm digging through my stuff and I intend to do a remastering job of a few of them and upload them on soundcloud. A soundcloud link works for what you intend to do?

I've been going through my old material, I have a lot which is at least listenable and they are my musical children; but I'm narrowing it down to one. It's been nice to listen to them again. There was a time when some people followed my music on different sites. I learned to use Acid for a gig as a keyboard player, but had chose Fruity Loops for my own work in 00-01. I remember the ejay software series....FL had a little more freedom back then but really grew over the years into a full featured daw/host. I did hard-ish House and ambient in my initial learning phases; took samples from everywhere. Your stream was a great blast from the past. I too have childhood cassettes of my playing and vocalizing. It's cool to know that period around 2001 especially was formative for others. It was the genesis of the tech many take for granted like software plugins and affordable studio interfaces. -Grey Eminence
