This version of "Dance on the Moon" was the first time she sang it live. Yes, it was during CV, think it was July 2020. She did a live stream announcement about a month or two earlier. The Exist for Love session was a podcast she did to help up and coming artists get some exposure when no one was touring. During CV 2020/21 she did a bunch of livestream concerts and discussions, Q&A's etc. And they are all fun. Collier brought a piano tuner (person) with him because of the colds effect on the strings. Best collab of the year.

Don't know how far you want to go into Aurora but she has done 25-30 covers (mostly live) none of which are on her albums. She's done a bunch of collaborations, again, none on her original albums. And all superbly done.

This is so awesome😍😍 It’s been a few years since I watched Animal at Skavlan😍 This is not my favourite performance of The River, don’t get me wrong, I love it but I prefer her stripped down versions❤️ I highly recommend checking out Aurora live at SOS Ole Bull 2020 A small session with three songs (The River, To Make You Feel My Love by Bob Dylan) and Exist For Love. This is “only” Aurora with her piano, a beautiful, quirky and funny performance, I absolutely adore it💙🦋 Remember subtitles😉 https://youtu.be/X5qk8-sNrPA?si=EA1hgxiZnL944rJD This performance of Daydreamer is my favourite, so good. And also Soulless Creatures, love that song💚💙 Gonna watch the rest later🥰

I’m back lol The performance of “A different kind of human” is especially sad, Aurora’s backup vocalist Silja Sol had just lost her mother🥺❤️ The last song by Aurora and Collier is pure art. I have never been a fan of his music, and to me this doesn’t really start until Aurora joins in. The harmonies are so beautiful, and the scream in the end with those images is heartbreaking🥺 This was in the sea of Svalbard, a Norwegian island in the arctic💙💚 I think you should do yourself a favour and check out The Seed live at Vevo, it’s a stripped down version. She actually had a cold that day💚💙

I have finally got round to watching this and I must say I loved every video. Your album reviews have made me appreciate all Aurora’s albums a little more especially this one. The collaboration with Jacob Collier was one that has a special meaning to me. I’ve always been interested in what Greenpeace does and stands for and I have made monthly donations for a while now without finding out too much other than what I already knew. That video really made me think. I thought to myself do I want to and can I actually do more to prove to myself I really do want change to happen so I got in contact with Greenpeace and received some information about what I could do. Since then I made the decision to become an active member. I have been a part of teams involved in non violent direct actions where we demonstrate to highlight various issues and also became a member of my local group trying to encourage awareness locally. We go to events and set up stalls providing information and advice for people on many environmental topics. We try to show people how they can benefit from changes in things like their energy supply and wasteful packaging hopefully in a friendly way without being judgmental or patronising. Most welcome it some criticise us. I find it a challenge but one I needed to do for myself. I don’t think I would have made that first step without Jacob and Aurora taking the time to do that video.

Loved the video, thank you for your reaction! You should really watch the whole HAIK documentary/concert, it’s a very thoughtful show with lots of little nice surprises for Aurora, a great performance of Warrior and an incredible concert at the end!
