yeah fr this album was a personal to her and the invisible wounds was one that she had hard time writing because cus getting tears and losing it even when she recorded the song she supposed to vocalise in the end but she stared crying even all the early live performance she was got into tears but its really brave to keep something hurtful in album and we respect aurora for that ❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥

i request you to watch invisible wounds live at pryzm kingston its really nice 😊

Dave

I asked for this in my YT comment and here it is. Thanks

Dude, you are missing sooooo much important content from the album. The VEVO performances, the Amazon Curved performances, the NRK performance of Invisible Wounds with an orchestra, the trailer for her biggest show ever in Mexico City that was replayed in theaters, from her world tour “What Happened to the Earth”, her new version of “Runaway” that she released officially from that movie release, a bunch of interviews. All kinds of really cool stuff.

This is a great performance that shows how amazing Aurora and also her band are, all of them gave everything they had to this. Many people would have turned up and done an ok session that would have been acceptable but these must have put so much effort into it beforehand to make it unique from any of their previous performances. The interview at the end is also something that makes this one special. When watching the album review on YouTube I kept wondering which live performances you were going to decide to do and even though this one is excellent there are many others I would like to have also seen like the Amazon Curved set and the vevo performances. I wonder if you would consider doing more of those even though I’m sure you have a busy schedule.

Musically Malnourished

We have a 6hr Patreon livestream planned on Wednesday, April 15th from 10am-4pm EST for all things Aurora!

I watched this again because I’m impatiently waiting for you to react to Tomora. Tomora is going to be a lot different than anything you’ve reacted to from Aurora. It’s more about just the enjoyment of experimenting with sounds and creating music with no pressure to adhere to any particular style, or to write deep meaningful lyrics. There is meaning to the project. More inside Aurora’s head I think than what comes through the music. But it’s extremely different stylistically. Much of it sounds like nothing she’s ever done before. A lot of that is because she worked with Tom Rowlands, and brought their two unique minds and styles of writing together. It’s very much a collaboration, with Aurora doing far more of the production than people might realize. In a way, it’s like a vacation for her. Normally she finishes a tour, then takes a break for a while to go home, regroup, get back in touch with nature and the things that keep her grounded. But this time she decided to do this project with Tom as her getaway from her normal creative process. I’m curious to see what you think of it. It’s quite experimental.

When you get to “A Boy Like You”, you’ll definitely see what I mean by different than typical Aurora. Same with “have You Seen Me Dance Alone”. You need to get on it brother!

It’s interesting as a Christian, how you correlate much of what Aurora says with scripture. I’m an atheist, as I’ve mentioned before. But I do think Aurora’s words, her vibe, her intuition, and how she interacts with others is closer to the teachings of Jesus than what I see in modern Christianity.

I love how you interpret what she says about the heart. God speed
