holy content dumps batman. love all the extra stuff but dont burn yourselves out!

Ginger

I love this so much!!! I think the Fallout reactions are my favorite videos of yours.

Zinphad

The Patreon Version of episodes 1 - 4 did not show up for me until today. It seemed odd that there was a YouTube edit, but not a full length. Anyone else have that happen?

Zinphad

I see the release dates now show the same as the edits. And today's show up in my Notifications, but the others do not. Guessing it was a glitch with permissions on Patreon's side.

Walton Goggins is in one of the Tomb Raider movies - another reason to watch them

Amphigory

Fun fact, in episode 5 when they are crossing the bridge and you guys mentioned keeping her finger continuity. The song that plays is called "Lady Fingers"

So the creature is a type of salamander called an axolotl which can regrow almost any bodypart. I suspect they were experimenting with them to make humans with regenative powers. That would be my guess.

To answer George's question : Worst vaults for me are indubitably Vault 11 from New Vegas, where people are asked to sacrifice each other and a whole bunch of fucked up stuff happens because of it (read it up, it's fucking messed up), and Vault 95 from Fallout 4, where they got drug addicts, got them clean, before unveiling a whole stash of chems to mess them up all over again.

Ginger

To answer your question (mild spoilers for Fallout 3): I think the worst vault is either Vault 108: "Social experiment studying effects of leadership conflicts: most management positions were to be filled by a terminally ill Overseer upon entry, power systems were designed to fail after 20 years, no entertainment was provided, and armory was provided triple the standard ordnance" (aka Gary's Vault) Or Vault 77: "Social experiment in which a single man was locked in the vault with only puppets"

Jim Saul

For worst vault, it's tough to beat the one with only children being tested for combat ability, then dissected for organs.

sol stapleton

I would say vault 95, where it was filled with chem Adicts who went cold turkey and then 5 years in a secret stash of chems where released and everyone OD'd

Astraeos

Terrible, miserable, no good day today, and this is massive pick me up. Thanks guys, for continuing on so soon. I was needing some Fallout today for sure, and its been delivered.

Walton Goggins is great in everything he's in, even if it's something rubbish... :D He was great in The Shield, outstanding in Justified, hilarious and scene stealing in Sons of Anarchy and now bad-ass in Fallout.

I have a theory that I'm not going to say because it's probably right (I'm not past 6 yet..). Actually I'm surprised that it took you guys so long to figure out cryogenics is probably involved, they've been kinda screaming it for a while, given it's a big part of the lore of Fallout I was thinking about it right from the first episode a little bit. I'm liking this show, when I first heard about it I thought it'd be awful so I kind of ignored it when it was first released but.. NGL not having seen the last two I was hoping that they'd end the story and find a new vault to start a whole new story in for s2, right from scratch again, as is, y'know, the norm and you piece it together from the different stories - but this whole story feels a bit central to everything..

Worst vaults to me were 11 and 92. Vault 11 had a test in which the occupants had to vote for one human sacrifice each year or else lose all life support. The cruel conclusion of the experiment is that if the Vault Dwellers did refuse to sacrifice one of their own, the Vault would open and allow them to leave unharmed. Unsurprisingly, this is not what happened, and the results were tragic. Vault 92 was filled with talented musicians, and then they were exposed to white noise that subliminally implanted combat suggestions. The musicians all lost their minds and descended into murder and mayhem.

Parallax is actually plenty in the way of depth perception. As long as you can move your eyes and your body, you're kind of set - hence why lots of people with a strabismus or similar impairments still get to drive cars and such. Matter of fact, it's just a sort of extra convenience. Folks also use plenty of markers to get distances right, monocular beings definitely aren't near as susceptible as Futurama jokes might make it seem.

One more week and I'll finally be able to watch this show! I just keep waiting until all episodes are finally posted so I can binge through it. It's taking FOREVER

Josh B.

We actually have not seen any Bloatflys yet, it was just a Radroach flying that you mistook for one, also Gulpers are from Fallout 4 Far Harbor DLC and Fallout 76 but has an Axolotl variant in this show, and I actually recommend Fallout 76 now as its actually good now so you guys can play it together.

samuel Jakob

Well they did exist in fallout before, and they didnt look that much like axolotl(they didnt have the headthings, dont know what they are called). Cant remember but I dont think they had anything to do with axolotl in the story.

Gary Fixler

The computer in Vault 32 is an ADM-3A, the computer also used at the headquarters in Loki, and on a submarine in a Doctor Who episode, but most notably, the computer Bill Joy used to develop Vim. Hallowed ground. Where my nerds at?

Patrick

Would you rather be trapped in a power suit, or have to spelunk into "The Descent"?

Patrick

Kind of a subtle joke, but every dictatorship always has an "98 majority" win...because it's rigged.

Henry 4000

the vault where its one men with 999 women, i can barely handle 1, but i hear thats not canon anymore.

Ginger

Wasn't there one where it's the reverse as well? Doesn't sound great either.

If you like Codsworth then watch What we do in the Shadows. The series. But also give the movie a go too.

Justtired

I genuinely laughed at “shut up Preston!” He annoyed me with that as well. Still, I’ve logged an embarrassing number of hours just loading settlement mods and building large, fortress-like settlements in Fallout 4

Ampersander7

The movie poster in Cooper's home for "A Man and His Dog" is a reference to the film "A Boy and His Dog," (1975) which was an inspiration for the Fallout games.
