To say I snort-laughed when I saw that thumbnail…

Itbewhatitbe

*George when making thumbnail "what if we go on the diet of the average American for a year?"

ShōNuff3K

Simone has big eyes...now I understand.

NEIL PICKERING

BODY SHAMING THUMBNAIL........................... just kidding,Humanist not Socialist!!!

JBK405

Every time either of you said "it's the world they're in" I made a gesture at everything surrounding us. At least I have the option to go outside.

Watch the full credits for the happyland ending.

In think Apple actually funded Pixar from their inception

Thanks for this! Great reaction and I'm so glad you enjoyed it. Also, if you folks haven't seen it yet, I would also strongly recommend watching the short "Burn-E" that was released when WALL-E came out on DVD/home video. It's about 7 mins long, but is silly fun ^.^

REDR58

Can’t wait to watch later but yikes that is one disturbing thumbnail!

Pam Nail

I always assumed -- when it came to producing new generations of humans -- that there were robots who, err, harvested the necessary elements and the babies were grown test-tube-style. With full informed consent, obviously, and I imagine that's just something the humans accepted as part of their lives.

Stugotz

Wasn't Steve Jobs one of the founders of Pixar?

Stugotz

still too thin

Nathan Jasper

Unpopular opinion, this thumbnail is more frightening than the Godzilla thumbnail. 😂

Nathan Jasper

Yes he was one of three founding fathers and was the CEO of both Apple and Pixar animation until he died.

This is my hands-down favourite Pixar film. It's a masterpiece of physical comedy. Able to portray an entire gamut of emotions from such minimal facial features.

paul rai

Will say, watching this in a theater and knowing that the first third is essentially a Pixar version of a silent film where it’s reliant not on dialogue or plot but just following an expressive physically playful character and the children in the theater were completely enraptured. I’d never seen children not making noises, complaining or feeling bored—the entire auditorium was engaged and it made for a phenomenal experience for a phenomenal film.

Wall-E is one of my favorite films of all time (my favorite animated film), and I am thrilled that it was watched here. The fact that Pixar made a love story between robots (that is essentially silent for 1/3 of its runtime) and it was as effective as it was for all ages is a minor miracle. And thinking about what the thumbnail was going to be ahead of time and realizing that it was most likely going to be that, it still didn’t prepare me for….that!🤣

Jeff K.

I know it’s played for comedic effect but I genuinely love how the Captain gets a big hero moment at the end.

Opti_Frog

One of your best thumbs ever 😄

Fun fact: Your eyes are the only organ that doesn’t grow as you age. This is why babies and children appear to have such big eyes and why we generally find anything resembling it so “cute.”

Monica Alarcon

That's just a myth... they do grow but are relatively large when we are toddlers...

Mike FromOz

George looking like the guy from the Skrillex song "Bangarang"

Mike FromOz

If you're up for watching more kid related content, I'd recommend the remastered version of the 1986 "Transformers: The Movie". Absolutely worth the watch. Oh and Orson Welles (from Citizen Kane) voices one of the characters!

BoredLittleLady

I’m so glad that George liked the movie. This is one of my favorite Pixar movies.

AC10

"It looks like the difference between Mac and PC I guess... One is cobbled together... With custom parts... And the other flying looks exactly like something Apple would produce... So if that's the theme we're going with one of them's gunna get a lot of viruses and the other one won't be able to do much...".... I mean... 20+ years computer tech experience and I literally couldn't have said it better myself.... I'M WITH MY PEOPLE!!!

AC10

George: Humans really only need big eyes to find things cute... That's pretty much it... Simone: It's soo truue... George: We don't reeealy need any other features... Just big eyes... Me: NOOO!!! George... we all think Simone is so cute... And not just because of her big eyes but her... I mean... Theres.... Well what little bit the camera shows... I... 🤔 Simone: yeaaa.. what is wrong with us... Me:... Y'all Planned This!!! (We all know it's really George's hair)

the blobs (I mean, people) on the hover chairs on the Axiom remind me far too much of the people I see using the motorized scooter carts in certain retail stores.
