Cant wait to watch episode 6 with you two

Shibby

That is the weirdest intro you've ever done

Mastervodo

That is the weirdest intro you've ever done.

The Maestro

season 2 is supposed to be the end of the Piltover, Zaun storyline but I believe there are plans to make shows based on more League of Legends stories. I feel like at this point Jayce is responsible for just about as much death as Jinx is, if not more

Alessandro

I'm a Jayce apologist, there must be a rationale behind what he did, he keeps hearing his own voice saying "i won't fail", he is on a mission of some sort. And George also pointed out, Victor thingy is very cult-like and we just experienced in this act everything through Victor's eyes, he sees himself as a savior, doing good, but how sure we are that what he is doing is actually "good", the people he heals looks like emtpy husks after his influence his gone.

Philipp Roensch

Is that Zangief looking guard really named Rictus, like the meatball in Fury Road ^^? Anyway, episode 5 and 6 just made my day, in a terrible and tragic way, this reunion with Vander is so beautiful, it could not last. I also don't think the Alchemists motive does excuse all suffering his experiments bring, but Vander becoming a amalgamation for all is wild. I also think Jace just was possessed by something from the arcane. But I don't know how exactly the pattern would motivate both Victor and Jace to opposite ends.

Jeffrey Howe

They are dropping different 1 or 2 frame inserts into the intro for each episode that foreshadow events in the episode. Freeze-frame at your own risk. :)

The rune embedded in Jayce's wrist is the rune that the mage gave him after transporting him as a child and his mother from the blizzard in episode 2. He had been wearing it as a cuff link. Victor in the opening said there's another will at work within him. I wonder if it's from the rune.

pedantech

Maybe I watch too much Arcane, but it surprises me how nobody recognizes the song, the cup, the straw, and the orange juice that Vander gave Felicia as the same song, cup, straw, and juice that Vander gave Powder in episode 2 just as Vander realized Vi plans to turn herself in to the enforcers. In episode 2 the cup looks well worn, like it's been around a long time, and it has Powder's drawings all over it.

Mastervodo

Like others have said or will say, it's been published and said by the showrunners that Season 2 is the end of Arcane. This story will end. More stories in the League of Legends universe are being planned. Nothing announced.

Neburcs

Completely agree. Salo acted super out of character like it wasn't even him. There's something else going on that Jayce knows about.

Mastervodo

Why in that room did everyone's breath show it was cold, and Salo's did not?

Vaughn Bell

i believe that we the patrons deserve a cosplay seeing as though the next drop will be the series finale.

Robinson vs. Parkinson's

I just have to say it. Arcane is hands down the greatest animated show I've ever seen already, and the final three episodes have a real chance to make it my favorite piece of cinema, period. I've held on to that statement since season one to alow for recency bias, but now I can say it. I said what I said.

RabidMango

I'm a little bummed George told Simone the beast was Vander 15 minutes before it was fully revealed. I don't wanna come across bitter, I'm a supporter of both of 'em. But I sometimes wish she could catch more reveals without being told about them before they happen.

REDR58

I don’t know, I think Simone often times is faster than George with some of these things! No offense to George though! Many times they get the thing before I do.

dys

George is usually pretty good about saying "I have a theory but I'm gonna wait to say it".

Steve DeVries

Jayce seems programmed to fear/destroy Hextech or it's arcane source, which makes me think he must have been messed with by the Black Rose people, who Ambessa suspects only fear Hextech/Arcane.

BubblyRainbows

Your question about the game, George, doesn't have a simple answer. It all depends on the build, the stage of the game, and the player. I've seen every character in the show absolutely massacre the entire enemy team when they're having a good game. Vi is pretty strong early, but in late game Jinx wins that fight unless it's a surprise attack. I've seen a full build Jinx kill all five of the enemy characters in about five seconds with just basic attacks. And her ultimate can hit anywhere on the map, so she's always a solid pick. As for which character from the show is strongest? It would be easy to argue for most of the characters in the show. But I think the answer is situational. If the enemy is dumb enough to fight in range of Heimerdinger's turrets, Heimerdinger can be a nightmare. But assuming that the enemy isn't that clueless, I think Viktor actually might be the one. Of course, this is just my opinion. I'm no League expert or professional player. I can only speak to what I've seen and done myself. And it's been a while since I actually played.

I hate to be negative, but has this season felt really rushed to anyone else? Like there's easily room for a third season and the show is hitting major plot beats with little in between. It's still good but not quite hitting like the first season for me. Edit after finishing season: yeah I was right, the writing of this season was not good.

silverarrow06

Yes, the pacing is high, but for me it doesn't feel rushed. It hightens the intensity to extreme measures, because you get no rest whatsoever. That is why parts of this season hit me much much harder than the first one. (And season 1 hit me already hard🙈) I guess one of the non-creative reasons for this decision is the enormous effort put in into the show and the equally enormous costs of it. 🙂 And yeah, I'd rather have two legendary seasons that everyone will remember forever, than eight seasons that get more and more meh...🤔😅

JSin

Man, George spoiled the Vander reveal weak!!!

Redrum Ritual

I'm glad I finished watching season 2 before rewatching for this watch along so I avoid hear George spoiling the Vander reveal. There are times I'm impressed by George's knowledge or view of a story, character, or theory, and then he's just annoying and spoiler vomiting out of his mouth. I don't get why they're doing three episodes a video and not just two. Saver the moments and make them last longer. Before season 2 came out, I was thinking if the councilors survived Jinx's bomb attack or maybe just some of them survived, how would they survive such an attack. My one guess was Mel's gold on her body came to mind. Like some kind of protection to her. I love Vi's Rhea Ripley look. Very beautiful to see a flashback of Vander. Silco, and Vi and Power's mother.

Jayson Phillips

I got a question for ya! Vi is real and she is hitting on your girlfriend, what do you do?

Jayson Phillips

You guys would love the 3 body problem series, season 2 is about to come out soon
