American Voldemort was a pretty typical throwaway reference on movies and TV going back to the 1980s. Miami Vice and NYPD Blue are just a couple examples. However, a line of dialogue is different from an appearance fee. And Home Alone 2 was the first of a string that included a fistful of titles like Eddie and The Associate. And I liked all three of the titles I just mentioned when they came out.

Just the various points where a spiteful idiot could have been stopped. It doesn’t really change the movies themselves. It’s just that little ugly wince. Like OJ in the Naked Gun films. Personally, I prefer the timeline where the AV buys the Bills, runs them further into the ground and winds up in Bruce McNall’s old cell. But sadly, I live here and now.

Christmas Vacation is pure dumb, silly fun. Chevy Chase was (all the way up to his stint on Community) a master of physical comedy and pratfalls. Probably the best since Peter Sellers

Just curious which Home Alone 2 are you going to be showing? The censored or the non censored one. The censored one is where they deleted the scene with Donald trump in it. Oh yeah forgot. Gremlins 2
