Big sci-fi week ahead with Moon and Gravity! Guess we’re truly Defying Gravity huh?… I’ll just close the door behind me y’all

Mike FromOz

Holy shit, we get Moon?!?!? This is a Christmas to remember!! 😍 Edit: It will be available to me Christmas night, right after I've had way too much food and had to be social all day. Perfect.

maikeru

agree🥳

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

Yeah mate, right before our 38-40 degree Boxing Day for us Aussies across the board haha. Will be in the same scenario myself

Raven Dark

50 First Dates?! My heart just leaped. I love that movie. I can't even put into words how excited I am for that reaction. Most of the time, I don't like Adam Sandler, but I adore that one.

FranciscoGios

I hope you guys have a Happy Christmas with your family, and have fun on your vacation days.

Alan Walker

Can't wait to feel the weight of Gravity with y'all.

Chase Schleich

Moon and Gravity? About time! Space week!

Richard Burrell

Moon! Moon! Moooooon! YES! - I think this will get similar reaction to Sunshine. It’s an incredible movie - George will lap this up.

Mike FromOz

God, I hate the face-melting summers we have. Wish I was someplace cold where I could cozy up to a nice fire and enjoy the time inside. It's barely cold enough over here in the West to bother putting on more than a t-shirt and maybe a hoodie on in the winter.

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

Same over here in the central mainland. Nothing but scorch, snakes (they’re chill) and a lot of hot wind. That said the food and drinks will abate the feelings mighty quick haha

Mike FromOz

Have a great one mate and enjoy yourself! And that goes for the rest of you Cinnebuns too! 🧡

Rob Church

Moon is fantastic. Excited for that one.

FaceMustache

Moon is so dope. Can’t wait.

Wrencher86

MOOOON!!!!! Thanks, guys!

Sergio Meira

Moon is a great choice! I'm so glad you're going to watch it! 50 First dates is also a solid one (I think Simone is going to like it very much). Gravity is ... more dramatic, but the special effects are top notch (there's a YouTube video of Neil DeGrasse Tyson discussing the science in this movie) -- I'm guessing it will please George more. Anyway, a great week!

Villa Lobos

Moon is fantastic. Sam Rockwell is such a good actor. What other films should they watch that they haven’t yet?

FWPJR.

Can’t wait for the 50 first dates reaction, been wanting you two to react to it for awhile and even suggested it multiple times here in the comments. So I’m already looking forward to it.

Dan Holmes

can't tell you the last time i could watch all 3 movies in a week (cuz i have seen them all) let alone a lineup like this!

Dan Holmes

i liked Source Code a bit tho

Dan Holmes

if only you timed SUNSHINE to come out this week instead of 50 first dates it would've been a perfect triple feature lol

p0sthum4n

Hell yeah, both Moon and Gravity in the same week is dope.

danzthename

Moon and Gravity! That's awesome!

Charles Gaba

Watch Gravity on the biggest screen with the best audio you can.

Mo's Not Mortal

(Waterboy) is another Adam Sandler Banger. 🤌

Tyler Foster

Gravity *and* Moon? A great pair of contemporary sci-fi classics.

Tay Schumaker

I'm confused why you didn't pick another Christmas movie (or two) from your poll a couple weeks ago to do over the past two weeks, but some good choices here for next week

Connor Macarty

Did field of dreams get screwed??? Excited to rewatch gravity tho, haven’t seen it since it was in theaters so i don’t remember a thing

Wrencher86

The top 3 poll winners were going to get spaced out over the next 3 weeks since they're going on vacation for the holidays. FoDs came in third, I think, so you'll see it in 3 weeks.

Connor Macarty

Gravity and moon came in #4 and #5 in the same poll, you’re probably right tho, prob just wanted the Sci-Fi space movies to be together, which I’m all down for. Just love me some field of dreams

Wrencher86

The poll winners get released on a certain day. Other 2 days are dealers choice of some kind. They laid it out in a previous post but I can't remember the exact structure of their schedule.

Wrencher86

I would have been ecstatic if they'd thrown Muppet Christmas Carol in there somewhere. Oh well, there's always next year...

PIG

Moon :)

Logan Kerlee

Space themed week? I'm down for it.

Opti_Frog

Oh wow, we're all winners next week 😃

Morningstar

I remember gravity in 3-D was wild.

Brandon Meng

okay so this means you're going to do every movie from the big poll and eventually make it to perks of being a wallflower, right? ...

Ginger

Gravity is fun

maikeru

Gerty, is it you?

Logan Kerlee

hahahahaha, well played Happy Hanukkah!

p0sthum4n

The audio starting at the far corner of the theater and following the shuttle as it orbited into view.

Morningstar

I’m glad you got to see it in theaters. 🤘🏼

Tyler Foster

Don't want to be annoying but as always, still hoping Stranger Than Fiction is somewhere on the docket, perhaps in 2025.

PIG

No :) (?)

David Strait

Love to see your reaction to Streets of Fire with very young Michael Pare...Diane Lane...and William Defoe Ps saw your reaction to The Warriors and the girl that plays Mercy is in this movie. Diane Lane is 19 in this movie not sure if it before or after her role in Outsiders...

Michael Bauer

Very glad "Moon" made the list - great movie!

Ari Ramirez

They're gonna love Gravity! Either that or they'll have a panic attack while watching it
