The restored directors cut they're watching is 3 hours and 29 minutes long. Only the original mini series is 5 hours.

Ok so I just watched the recent episode of Severance s2 and all I gotta say is you NEED to watch Severance after Better Call Saul. I'm going to chew on the bars of my enclosure if it doesn't win again, it's sooo good! Like I'm feral about it, join my cult, please! :)

Ahhh this is so great! Glad to see Mad Max make it up there. In honour of the late Gene Hackman, I recommend "Get Shorty" or "The Royal Tennenbaum's". They're fantastically well done movies with a great ensemble cast in each of them that really works together well, and Gene Hackman is great in both.

Are there any other 90's kids that first heard about Das Boot because of The Simpsons? There's an early episode where you see the name "Das Butt" on the cover of a pornographic VHS tape. 😂

Mad max is still good, despise a low budget. Mad Max II is the reference. Mad Max 3 has a good song. I would say I love Mad Max 1, 2 and Hokuto no Ken.

Given Das Boot is coming up tomorrow, I'm gonna throw out this movie: Beerfest. It'll make sense when you guys watch Beerfest, after having seen Das Boot.
