Looking good there George!

I think people are so distracted by Simone's big eyes (eye) and cat-lady-in-the-middle-of-the-woods vibe, that they sleep on how well George fills out a dress.

Hot priest plays a great Moriarty in the Benedict Cumberbatch Sherlock Holmes series.

The organization Spectre and the character Blofeld are classic Bond villains. These are not 'reveals' so not a spoiler to the original series, and Bond fans going into this movie pretty much knew what to expect.

Richard Copping

True. Also, Eon Productions were unable to use Spectre or Blofeld in the Bond films for many years because of legal wrangling, so when that got sorted out and the next film was announced to be called Spectre, everyone was pretty sure Blofeld would appear.

The doors called suicide doors because (according to Wikipedia) "If the vehicle were moving and the rear-hinged door opened, aerodynamic drag would force the door open, and the person would have to lean out of the vehicle to reach the handle to close it. As seat belts were not commonly used at that time, the person could easily fall out of the car and into traffic, hence the name "suicide door"."

Robert Cooper

"That was graceful as fuck." 🤣 Honestly, film crews using your house is kind of a nightmare. They almost always do damage they don't fix. I know a number of people who have done it, and nobody was glad they did. Also, "Old Man James Bond" is "The Rock".

Enjoy 'No time to die' and it's happiest ending.

👏 Good job George. You are correct. Dr Evil is a spoof of Blofeld from the older James Bond films

Ari Ramirez

The DotD bit is 100% correct, basically everyone in Mexico saw that parade and thought "I wish mexican people were real" and it became a tradition.

John Mcleod

Please watch the older Bonds. Start with Dr.No and watch them in order. You will love them.

I would love to see you both tackle the classic Bond series. I agree with the other people who said it: Start at "Dr. No" (the first one) and work forward from there. You will not regret it. Even the bad ones are FUN. Public consciousness often ranks this as either the best or second-best of Craig's era, but I just don't like it. To me the plot is banal. "Casino Royale" introduces a secret criminal organization that connects terrorist and subversive groups from around the world through under-the-table finances, and "Quantum of Solace" reveals that that group is so widespread that it even has agents in M's personal guard with nobody the wiser. "Skyfall" then introduced another terrorist organization whose knowledge of MI6 is so complete that they are able to manipulate them and hack their system effortlessly. And then "Spectre"...does the exact same thing again. ANOTHER world-spanning organization that MI6 had NO IDEA existed and infiltrators working at the highest levels with NOBODY the wiser. Third time now. Worse, they try and backfill it by saying that Spectre was there THE WHOLE TIME, except there was nothing in the previous films to even imply it. Mr. White never referred to 'Quantum' as just a cell in a bigger organization that even he didn't know the true breadth of. Silva never referred to a mysterious patron who gave him the info on how to kill M. They were each their own thing...until now. I hated the way Silva's plan in "Skyfall" boiled down to personal revenge against M instead of any social or political agenda, and then it happens AGAIN. Ernst Stavro Blofeld heads a global criminal empire and his only concern is revenge against James for their childhood. It's petty and lame. If the next film wasn't somehow even worse for me, I'd say this was the worst of Craig's tenure.

Warmachine1228

This movie isn't as good as the last one (or the next one) but when it gets it right, it gets it really right.

BoredLittleLady

Not sure if I’ve recommended “Stuber” before, it’s an action-comedy starring Dave Batista. Since you mentioned that you love him as an actor.

Random Nevermind

Am I the only one who thinks that "No time to die" is worse than "Spectre"?

Jack

Absolutely criminal waste of Rami Malek. One of the worst written villains I've ever seen.

Jeb Manning

George, you're right on the money with Blofeld. Blofeld is a recurring James Bond villain. Blofeld is probably the most famous James Bond villain, and yes, Dr. Evil is a spoof of Blofeld. Austin Powers is also the reason the Daniel Craig Bond movies are so serious. They couldn't do any more Bond movies with even slightly goofy elements because of how good the Austin Powers series was at making fun of the James Bond series.

Christopher Nolan James Bond is Tenet, also I second the old man James Bond being The rock, great movie
