For more Emma Roberts: Scream 4, The Blackcoat's Daughter, Scream Queens. A great Luiz Guzman movie is 'Magnolia'

I'm pretty sure the poster they are looking at has arrows pointing to each character with a description of each of them. "The drug dealer", "the stripper", "the runaway" and "the virgin".

Lood

Shame about the cut.

Andrew Roach

I love this movie and of the many reactors I follow you two are the first to watch it, nice... You know what I'm sayin?

Odd Thomas

An underrated Kathryn Hahn movie: The Last Mimzy

Henry Sanchez

You guys need to watch Dexter and Ozark

I really enjoyed this one! It's been a while since I last saw it, but it consistently stands out as one of the few comedies in this style that I can rewatch endlessly. It’s packed with great jokes and also has a heartfelt story, with a strong cast and memorable characters. Compared to something like yesterday's Hot Tub Time Machine, which shares some of the same writers, I find that the emotional backbone of We’re the Millers really elevates it for me. There's more to it than just jokes for the sake of jokes. I think that's the key to any great comedy.

The “Extended Cut” is about 8 minutes longer and both it and the Theatrical version are available in the US on both DVD and Blu-ray in the same set. It also appears both versions are included in the same set for discs released in a variety of other countries. So if someone cannot find the right version online, that’s your other option. Edit: Sigh, correction, the US DVD/Blu-ray set has Theatrical only on the DVD and Theatrical/Extended on the Blu-ray. Probably goes the same for other countries’ releases.

I love this movie, its so fun, it was great rewatching this with you.

Kevin

I wish this was Grahdmas Boy but it’ll do

Kevin

Hall Pass is a HILARIOUS Jason S. movie

Denashi

It's funny you talked about Pretty Woman, since Emma Roberts (Casey) is the niece of Julia Roberts!

FranciscoGios

I’ve never watched this movie, but I’m glad I saw it the first time with you guys. And also I just found out that Emma Roberts(Cassie) is Eric Robert’s daughter, who is fucken Julia Robert’s brother!! 🤦‍♂️.

Fun reaction! Still yet another first time for me. The “Precious” movie that David mentions renting from Netflix but yet still hasn’t watched yet (via DVD presumably) when insulting Casey’s background is a reference to the 2009 movie starring Gabourey Sidibe who portrayed a girl who was in a similar but even worse childhood. “La Bamba” is a reference to the song recorded by and movie (“La Bamba” 1987, starring Lou Diamond Phillips) about Ritchie Valens, a popular singer who died in 1959 at age 17 along with Buddy Holly (and several others), another famous singer, due to an airplane accident. Definitely a movie to watch. Their death inspired Don McLean to write “American Pie” in 1971 and that song references that event. La Bamba song: https://youtu.be/nLAWPrCUQQ0?si=uxFgluNm89pRFcfa American Pie song: https://youtu.be/PRpiBpDy7MQ?si=ptd8VoCEFDwAwaMn (EVERYTHING IS CONNECTED! 😄) Luis Guzmán is Puerto Rican not Mexican! Molly Quinn who plays Melissa was in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol 2 and 3 as Molly, a Ravager, and in Doctor Sleep! After the big black…skateboard incident, David mentions “Joe Morgan” who was black baseball player. The shower scene in the repair garage is a reference to the movie Flashdance (1983). Flashdance has been referenced in a number of TV shows (including The Simpsons), movies (Deadpool 2) and many others. Watch it! Also, the shower is probably in the garage in case of chemical spills on a worker, like a lab. Or not, who knows. GQ article about Anniston and the shower scene in the garage. That’s all her! She was 44 at the time. https://www.gq.com/story/rawson-marshall-thurber-jennifer-aniston-stripper-scene

Unrelated, but I just watched your guys' reaction to Paranormal Activity, and I would LOVE to see you guys do more of these found footage horror films! My top picks: Chronicle (Director's Cut), and As Above So Below. Also kinda a found footage comedy horror, namely a parody of Paranormal Activity, "A Haunted House", not sure what the general consensus is on this film but my buddies and I used to think it was fucking hilarious.

Deano_Deano

As you like Nick Offerman I'd love to see you guys react to the DEVS miniseries one day. I enjoyed watching this reaction with you both too btw :)

Please check out Bad Words with Jason Batemen and Kathryn Hahn!! Hilarious move about an adult joining the children's spelling bee

Will Poulter, the eyebrow kid, is actually British. He played the main role on Black Mirror’s Bandersnatch, and I think he is in the new season. So you’ll get to see him again if you ever go back to black mirror.

Bella Blue

Very surprised you guys did not know who Emma Roberts is

Adam K

To add on the next round of comedies - I’ll throw in Kingpin as one you’ll love and find disturbing :). On feel-good comedies, I recommend Paddington 1 and 2.

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

I'm probably in the minority on this one but I actually liked "Vacation" with Ed Helms and Christina Applegate. Honestly I think We're The Millers was funnier, but Vacation is still worth a watch in my opinion, sometime. And I have no ragrets about this recommendation.

I'm waiting for someone to react to "La Bamba". Cassie, Popcorn, has mentioned she's heard of it and seemed interested but still hasn't. That and "Stand And Deliver" are two really great movies with Lou Diamond Phillips, and both "Young Guns" movies are great, I think, his character is my favorite in those.

I love the old classic Vacation movies. I thought I'd hate the reboot but it's actually pretty damn funny.

Orgazmo is a very funny/silly movie by the South Park creators. Hope you guys watch it sometime soon

W T

dang, I think we need a massive "classic youtube videos and memes" poll to compile, judging from the reaction in the beginning

also, with how much the would-be boyfriend imitates Jamie, I feel like a slow drip of Trailer Park Boys should be mandatory for this channel, namsayin'

A couple of really funny comedy recommendations: Bowfinger and Get Smart. I guarantee you guys will crack up in both of them.
