Fuck yes, First Steps is a great movie

DarlingSara

Yay! I'm so excited for the conjuring 2!

paul rai

In terms of a new release, here’s hoping you guys slot in Weapons! Such a great horror thriller that’ll keep you guys surprised at every turn.

TheLeftPecOfTheLord

Woooo what a week! The best Conjuring, the best Fantastic Four, Arguably Denis Villeneuves’ best film, and 2 of the best Sci-Fi shows of all time, incredible!

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

Ayy fun week ahead, legends! Prisoners is a masterclass of performers at their best. Andor Season 2 is fantastic and keen to rewatch Conjuring 2 and First Steps as well! TNG goes without saying haha ☺️🤙🏻

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

Have only seen it the once in theatres so definitely keen to get a bit spooked once again myself haha

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

Yeah dude definitely has some wonderful turns throughout

Roy A

I swore I'd never watch Prisoners again. Looks like I'm going to break that promise. Honestly, this looks like a W week.

Harold Wright

Nice, I've actually been waiting to Watch Fantastic Four... Hoping to watch it with your reaction :)

PureGonzo

Incredible week!

TomGas2025

Conjuring 2 will be fun for simone...😱🤯

schnoobs

prisoners!! it only took a couple years

theycallmekev

You’re gonna love Prisoners!!!!!

Benjamin Herrera

Prisoners!! Just watched it for the first time last week and blew me away!! Gotta give "Once Upon a time in the West" a watch! Woooo

Tom austin

Yes! Prisoners is fantastic!

FrancescoTakesItEasy

Saw Prisoners once when it came out. Thought it was fantastic. Never wanna watch it again.

E

ANDOR SEASON 2 LETS GOOOOO

AdmiralZhou

Holy shit next week is STACKED! Andor S2, Prisoners, and Fantastic Four? We eatin good 😂

Thomas Cunningham

Prisoners is great. But it's so heavy and intense and gut wrenching. I've only seen it one time. It's what I call, a "One and Done"

Carlos

F4, Prisoners, and Andor? You spoil us.

Robinson vs. Parkinson's

This week's recommendations: LONGLEGS, SWINGERS, ROLE MODELS. I'm pretty sure that Role Models will be a channel favorite, Longlegs is great for spooky season, and SWINGERS is a top notch Vince Vaughn playing Vince Vaughn in Wedding Crashers flick.

Emptysea93

Nice week ahead! Also gonna put my my recc for “Weapons” out there again.

Stephanie Bedworth

I'm definitely interested to check out the new Fantastic Four. That last one was a little horrifying. I'm not gonna watch the reaction to Prisoners but I do want to see your thoughts on it afterward.

Jeff K.

I love Swingers. The breakout movie for Vince and Jon Favreau. I watched that movie so damn much in high school and college. I've never related to a movie character as much as I related to Favreau's character in that movie.

Robinson vs. Parkinson's

The answering machine scene might be too much for George's second hand embarrassment to handle, lol. I MUST see his reaction to it 😂

Marko T.

I hope you react to King Kong. It was second in the poll. :)

Jacob King

I watched One Battle After Another today. My movie of the year. Leo and Benicio doing career best work. Chase Infiniti is going to be a superstar. Just putting it out there.

FWPJR.

Heck yes!!!!!!! I’ve been waiting for you two to react to the Conjuring 2, and it’s finally happening. I can’t wait to watch it, and I’m sure Simone will love it lol

FWPJR.

Sure will lol I love watching her reaction to horror movies.

FWPJR.

I love it lol watching her react to horror movies is very entertaining.

Simon Clifton

I'd almost recommend The Prisoner (original series). Limited show - one season of 17 episodes but it's possibly a bit too weird ;)

FWPJR.

I love Conjuring 2, but it scares the crap out of me lol

JakeyShakeyBakeyBoy

Haha I’ll uh… have a change of clothes handy in that case cos I do recall one of them got me good

BigM

I would like you guys to check out "Law abiding citizen" with Gerard Butler and Jamie Fox in the lead roles. Most people would agree that it's a great movie with 1 major shortcoming. If you know you know.

Josip Buretić

Uh Great week, Conjuring 2 is great, Prisoner amazing acting!!and Fantastic 4 I heard it is good so let's see.

John

I haven’t seen this new version. I’m curious to see how it comes together. I think the reason for the volume of Fantastic Four movies is because Marvel sold the movie rights to Fox during the financial struggles and Fox had to make a movie with the property every so often or the rights reverted back to Marvel. This is moot now that Disney owns Fox and this is just a reboot.

probablyKoi

Prisoners is an absolutely stunning film - Can’t wait

FranciscoGios

The Conjuring 2 I'm excited for!!!

Ben Stevens

knew i had to stick around another month for good reasons. most excited for FF:FS and watching a couple more unknowns i haven't seen yet. as vocal as the rest of the crowd has been about Prisoners, i sure hope it delivers, and the Conjuring series is mostly good. the first one definitely set a terrifying stage, and i'm interested to see where it goes from here.

Mikebdrx

This weeks TNG episode The Royale my not be the best episode but its my favorite. Not only is it the first TNG and the first of any Star Trek franchise episodes I've ever seen. I wont go into details for plot spoiler reasons, but for me its also personally the scariest situation to think about.

FWPJR.

Anytime there’s kids in a horror movie they always scare me lol so this was definitely one of those movies

QuiGon

I'm really stoked for Andor! When will 007 continue though?

Major Peril

Looking forward to Prisoners (2013), an amazing film from Denis Villeneuve. Also, +1 for Gone Baby Gone (2007) as has already been mentioned. Would also like to suggest The Lovely Bones (2009) from director Peter Jackson, another film along the same lines as these two, but with more of a supernatural bent.

Skip

The fact that Amy Ryan did not walk away with an Oscar for that movie is just baffling.

Emily G

Please consider Practical Magic (1998) for sometime in October.

Ari Ramirez

oh god is it october already

jmundt33a

And on the complete other side of the spectrum, Fallen. Both excellent, both well worth it.

jmundt33a

Law Abiding Citizen is memorable. Peppermint is more my speed.

jmundt33a

Jackson’s King Kong is excellent.

Usagi

Can you guys actually watch 13 going on 30 😂 I'm so excited for andor 2!

RobA

No stranger things season 2? :(

Green Nolan

Season 2 of Andor is fantastic. I know that Rogue One is one of George's favorite Star Wars movies. I wonder if you might have a rewatch or an extended discussion about it after the season is over?

maikeru

after andor

jmundt33a

Would love for them to watch 13 Going on 30

Saifu

Please add Weapons (2025) to the list!!

WeeFilly

We need to continue James Bond, also!

Sujan Ra

Are you guys going to be continuing the James Bond movies

G P

Recommending: Diamonds Are Forever

Jay Davis

"The Lady of the Lake, her arm clad in the purest shimmering samite, held aloft Excalibur from the bosom of the water, signifying by divine providence that you, Cinebinge, were to watch Excalibur (1981). That is why you are kings". Pretty sure I got that quote right. But, if I messed it up, y'all could just put Ladyhawke (1985) in another pool and that'd be cool too. Pool? I meant poll. I'm certain of it.

G P

Listen. Strange women lying in ponds distributing swords is no basis for a system of government. Supreme executive power derives from a mandate from the masses, not from some farcical aquatic ceremony!

John

I agree about Fallen being a really good movie

Mike FromOz

Woohoo! So looking forward to 'Prisoners'! Everybody, sing! 🎵 Prisoners of love Blue skies above Can't keep our hearts in jail! 🎵 ... Wait, what do you mean it isn't a musical? A thriller? After the horror movie Conjuring 2? Oh my...

Chappie_nottherobot

You two should watch Weapons soon! This movie came out back in August and is so fucking good!

LeperMessiah117

I'm wondering if there will be a horrorween poll? One Cut would be a solid choice though.

pretzels4wetzel

Please consider watching Skeleton Crew after Andor!

Ashton Lewis

Great list! I would say they should watch "Talk to Me" too, along with "Bring Her Back"

Ashton Lewis

You're in for a treat with Prisoners. One of my favourite mystery thrillers for sure and hands down my favourite Hugh Jackman performance. For me, the first Conjuring is the only good one, but I've only seen it one time so I guess we will see if anything changes on the re-watch

Ashton Lewis

We definitely know what you mean by the 1 shortcoming haha. Great film though, and always makes for a good reaction

Ben Stevens

I've enjoyed everything of Denis Villeneuve's that we've seen with S&G so far, so I am hopeful! I think for the start of spooky season, it'll be fun to return to the paranormal world of the Warrens. We'll be getting some good screams from Simone for sure from the Conjuring 2. Maybe even out of George too lol fingers crossed for some more horror in the upcoming polls this month.

Milsr09

Please put A.I. Artificial Intelligence (2001) on the list! Love your reactions :)

Matrim

Can’t wait until y’all get done with Andor so we can get back to Stranger Things.

Steven Baxendale

Fantastic 4 hell yeah 😍 would love for you do to Thunderbolts also 2 great Marvel films seems like they are heading in the right direction after bumpy few projects cant wait for Downey jr as doctor doom could be special

thebeefmaster

Somewhere in October you might consider "The Entity" (1982) Based on a true story. Be forewarned, it can be a bit traumatizing for some.
