I love the painted lady's response. With the music in her introduction and in any other circumstance you'd assume a spirit would be angry that you were pretending to be them. But her showing thanks is such a powerful and quick misdirect.

I am pretty sure she said thank you after they cleared the lake and didnt even show herself before is because the lake was polluted and so she wasnt able to come out, like most river spirits.

Did you know, the "starmetal" mythology goes back to when the only metal people were ever able to find was from meteorites. So it was an extremely rare substance that could be forged into tools of unmatched hardness and durability, up to the bronze age at least. Pretty sweet to think how memories that old remain in our stories today.

I had no idea that Nickelodeon doesn't exist in Canada. How come we have the show Arthur, but you guys don't know Nickelodeon? Did you never see any shows ever shown on that channel in Canada? Blue's Clues? Lazy Town?

Hey, it looks like you actually have the third episode playing in the corner when you're reacting to the second episode.

Texas Anla'Shok

Another bad guy voiced by Mark Hamill. I like how they’re showing that the Fire Nation is causing suffering for its own citizens as well. So, Sokka has been trained to fight by the T-1000. What do you think of that?

Chase Knapp

"This one is fire" is a perfect way to describe the season.

I really love the Headband episode. note how the triangle symbol on the headbands is supposed to point upwards (it's an emblem all around the school) but when Aang puts it on it points down (because it looks like his arrow he has to hide). By the end of the episode when all the other kids mimic him they also put it on the wrong way around, they literally take the symbol of their education system and put it on its head, which means Aang really got through to them
