I enjoy Fallen Kingdom a lot more than the first world. Just because the visuals in that first one are so lackluster and boring that I just can't with the movie. The second one is dumb as hell but man does that movie look amazing. It's like the director did his best to make a horrible script good. haha but for me visuals are the most important thing with a movie, and if a movie doesn't look good or is boring visually, I can't fuck with it. Unless the script is so good that it overrides that which isn't the case with world.

Great reaction as usual :) Now we know it. If you ever rub an animal the wrong way Simone would throw you straight to the dinosaurs. LOL The gymnastic scene and the ending in the city is what gives this movie the bad score, and rightfully so. I agree with George that they should have ended the movie before the city scene... oh yeah, and left out the stupid gymnastic scene. They could have thrown the kid to the dinosaurs instead Just to make a point of course ;) Still love the movie up to the last scene.

Have you two ever seen "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across the 8th Dimension"? even if you don't do a reaction to it you owe it to your selves to see it. Early Jeff Goldblum and John Lithgow together some really funny scenes it's kind of a cult classic in the 80's and it's the good kind of weird and goofy. would love to hear your opinions on it. been binging your guys content having a blast.

To be honest the movie is a bit of a predictable cash-in on the success of the first movie. To see a proper attempt to use the IP in a responsible way you have to see Jurassic World and Fallen Kingdom which are actually pretty good - despite also arguably being a cash-in.

Oh I fucking love that movie. I remember when it used to play on Netflix and I would watch it over and over.

Well there's an extent to which every movie is a "cash in" - movies aren't charity cases, they're there, ultimately, to make money for the studios. I see a cash-in as making a movie for the sake of making a movie purely and pretty much only for the sake of making money without any care, love of the art or to expand a universe. Take John Wick - they make those movies purely because they enjoy making the movies and because the fans want them, to the guys making them it's about the art and the love of making movies - the fact that studios are eager because they're making huge piles of cash is *almost* an aside. I see the new generation of Jurassic Park movies as a labour of love too - but this movie here, yep, somewhat of a pure cash-in.

Jurassic World is great but don't bother with Fallen Kingdom
