State sponsored scientific research is good and necessary, it's how we got the Internet for example, but when it's the defense department and they're shaking down the scientists for faster results you should probably expect evil, yes.

Yay! I'm so glad you're watching these films!!!! I remember when Spider-Man came out in theaters. For the previous decade, superhero movies has been DEAD. Batman and Robin had killed superhero films apparently forever. But then in 2000 the X-Men movie hit theaters, and changed everything. Suddenly, Sony could afford to take a chance on making Spider-Man and this was EXACTLY the film we needed. A true comic book movie if there ever was one. The thing about Uncle Ben not being in the Tom Holland movies has really bothered fans for a while. It's nice we didn't do the whole "origin story" again, but the death of Uncle Ben is the defining moment in Peter Parker's life. Those words "with great power comes great responsibility" are second most famous words in comic books of all time, right after "Truth, Justice and the American Way". And to hear them on screen ... let's just say I was crying at this film this time, just as I have all 100 times I've seen this movie. Thank you guys for watching this, and I cannot wait to see what you think of the other two films in the trilogy! Also, Simone should react to the No Way Home trailers after watching these movies. Even if it's just a Patreon exclusive, I want to see what she thinks with more context to the characters!

You two going to setup a discord channel at some point? Great easy way to get some discussions going about movie suggestions. Just a suggestion. Anyway, for a movie I'm suggesting Hell or High Water (2016) and/or The Accountant (2016).

In the newest No Way Home trailer there are 5 villains and each ones is from a pre-MCU movie.

I gotta say, I love how Simone says Cinebinge difference every single video. I'm always wondering what it's going to be next time.

Whats so great about this movie is that this is the movie that Americans needed, more particularly new yorkers. This movie was filmed before 9/11. And released in 2002. One trailer is that spiderman stops a helicopter in between of the world trade center. This is the movie that somewhat united the US. Sam Raimi's Spiderman really changed my life and really made me into the man I am today.

"You wouldn't steal a car." I would if all it took was an internet connection and a download. lol
