Azula knew about the invasion because the earth king told her when she was disguised as a Kyoshi Warrior in season 2

It's so nice to hear George explain all the references to folklore and mythology in the show. My appreciation of the series has deepened because of it.

omg George predicted something exactly as it's gonna happen in the future. these reactions give quite a bit of insight

The sequel is called Legend Of Korra. I liked it a lot, even if it was a bit uneven, but some of the questions you've voiced about Avatar lore get answered in that show. I especially love Book 3, the villain is fantastic.

yeah, whatever platform you guys are using to watch the show, has the episode count off. you will have similar issues again just like the day of black sun parts 1 and 2. Im only telling you that for logistical reasons. Im sure you guys have budgeted your time for each show you react to within the week. technically book 3 has 21 episodes. some are "to be continues" which your copy is counting as 1 episode. just an FYI. If anyone else wants to confirm what im saying so i dont sound like a complete looney toon, it would be appreciated.

I love this series so much! I wanted to say that back when this came out, I remember actually expecting this to be the final battle. I was literally devastated when they lost! Its such a great midseason twist. Edit: also, remember that the Earth King told Azula immediately!
