This could be interesting..

JayF

lol, how are we supposed to choose between these movies? Please include whichever ones end up 2-4 in future polls.

Theoshin

Please peoples Rocky :P It will hopefully start a nice long road of movies

Logan Kerlee

While I'm not excited for The Godfather, it's not one that will go unseen. I'm personally far more excited by other films on this list, but I'm patient. We'll hopefully all enjoy The Godfather in the meantime.

Bryan

Definitely watch Godfather 1 & 2 (even if you don’t react to them), but don’t waste your time watching 3

Kristopher Chavez

I refuse to vote on this because there are too many great choices for me to pick. But if I had to choose one, it would be Enter the Rocky Clockwork Godfather to meet the Exorcist Young Frankenstein on Halloween.

Lastboyscout73

If the 6th sense scared Simone...how is she going to watch the Exorcist??

adds

I’m sorry but it has to be young Frankenstein as a pick, one of the funniest movies and a Mel Brookes classic just superb

Jon Johns

Wait, have Some mine & George seen Frankenstein? Wouldn't that be a prerequisite for Young Frankenstein?

Toc

Fantastic poll, thank you so much! I love practically everything on this list so I'm happy with whatever wins! Very psyched! Thanks so much for separating out the polls! LOVE you guys! Love your channel, love your reactions!

Kripke's Corner

Guys, I have to see Simone's reaction to the Exorcist!!! Please, I beg you, vote for that!!! :D

Torstein Skurve

I mean.. It's not possible to see The Godfather on a list and not vote for it!

Florian Hoyer

crazy for the first time in this polls i not like any of them xD

Githerax

I'm waiting for a Jackie Chan or Steven Chow movie before I vote Kung-Fu, sorry George. Also, 2001: A Space Odyssey needs to be on there! Edit: Oh, it was made in 1968! Well, next time hopefully. Edit Edit: George gonna have to do some muting on 2001 if they watch it. 'Also Sprach Zarathustra' triggers Youtube.

Jessica Cowin

You should absolutely NOT watch A Clockwork Orange on this channel. Although it is a brilliant and beautifully made touchstone of the period’s filmmaking, it is also a horrifically violent and psychologically disturbing movie. I don’t think it would make for an enjoyable reaction video (and may deter some viewers automatically due to certain traumatic scenes) Definitely see it at some point - if only to appreciate the iconic visuals. But do it without the pressure of having to be “on” for the camera, or even get through it in one sitting #mytwocents

Happy Hanukkah

Enter the Dragon is enjoyable and obviously is THE Bruce Lee movie, but the biopic Dragon: The Bruce Lee Story (1993) probably has wider appeal and is a good intro to the whole Bruce Lee phenomenon. ("Wider appeal" as a movie, not necessarily as a reaction.)

Githerax

Oh, also, someone reminded me of 'Dirty Rotten Scoundrels (1988)', a *great* comedy with Steve Martin and Michael Caine. Please add it to the list!

MacGuffinStuff

All great choices, I think you'll really like Rocky, Godfather is of course one of those must-see movies for any halfway serious fan of film. I am a little worried The Exorcist might be traumatizing, I mean I can watch virtually anything (desensitized at a young age lol), but fyi, back in the day people were literally running out of the theater, puking, fainting, having panic attacks (I'm not THAT old but it's pretty well known, my mom became a Born Again Christian after watching it in the theater, that may be correlation, not causation but, you get the picture). Of course it was the Seventies and horror movies tend not to hold well over time, things that were terrifying in the Eighties are pretty tame by today's standards, so... Anyway, I'm not recommending it for a poll necessarily because it likely would not win, but one of my like Top 5 all time favorite movies is a Seventies movie, 1975's "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest", just love that movie, the characters, etc.

Michael_AP

I agree with those saying The Exorcist being too much for Simone. I don't like it when I can see that she is getting physically ill and can't look at the screen. A bit is OK but it can be too much. I'd much rather see/hear her laugh her head off. (Although I must admit that the reaction video for The Sixth Sense was absolutely awesome. Looking at which of the reaction movies have the most views I'm guessing there are lots of people going for the fun side. Saying that I would like to recommend the last of the Monty Pythons movie "Meaning of life" and most of all "Crocodile Dundee". (1+2) Crocodile Dundee is completely underrated as they are not American. "One flew over the Cuckoo's nest" as just suggested is definitely a movie to watch. Funny and heartbreaking at the same time. Evil come in many different form and shapes.

Toc

Crocodile Dundee was hugely famous in the USA, what are you talking about?

Russ Verbofsky

I think you need to do the top 3 with this list.

Bill Pearson

You will really enjoy Field of Dreams and Last of the MohIcans.

David Brown

Write-in vote for Back to the Future, Part 3. I know it's not 70s, but please finish the trilogy.

Daryl 👽

You got this, Godfather 💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️💆‍♂️

E.P.B.F.

My picks in order: 1) A Clockwork Orange. It's Stanley f#*&cking Kubrik for crying out loud. We need _all_ of the man's films on this channel! 2) The Godfather. It's more than just a classic, its unavoidable. Like gravity. 3) Young Frankenstein. It's Mel Brooks' third best movie after Blazing Saddles and The Producers, respectively.

Githerax

You do realize, don't you, that Godfather means you also have to do Godfather II? Seriously, you cannot leave it at one. Don't bother with 3 tho. With Rocky, you can try maybe rocky 3 if you want to, but not necessary for reactions.

Happy Hanukkah

Another classic 70s movie is The Man Who Would Be King (1975), the epic starring Michael Caine and Sean Connery.

Ken - Kendo161

can Simone handle the Exorcist, George may have to hold your hand through that one. 😉🌺 Young Frankenstein is the best, the God father is a classic now

Marcus Dunbar

Full Metal Jacket and ConAir would be epic

Mark Wheeldon

Act of Valor….Actors are real Navy Seals

Einherj

If you ever do a comedy poll I suggest a great movie from 2007 called Superbad, starring young Jonah Hill, Michael Cera, Emma Stone and others.

James Whalen

If Godfather wins, prepare for a 3 part reaction lol

Theoshin

Just in case Rocky Does lose. I just heard someone likes a montage. Keep in mind Rocky does have some of the best montages ever. Thought i would does toss that in there just in case that helps you do both movies it being so close

Callum Cowan

If The Godfather loses the poll, then in the words of the immortal Don Corleone. I am going to blame some of the people in this room, and that I cannot forgive. I will not be the one to break the peace we have made here today.

"All right. We'll call it a draw."-- Sir Lancelot, Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Kate Suhr

What about the final back to the future movie?

4lphab3t4

Having recently watched your reacts of The Martian and Interstellar (and seeing George's need to go to space), have you thought about watching the movie Ad Astra?

Kate Suhr

A fun movie to react to if you've never seen it is Osmosis Jones which has Bill Murray and Chris Rock in it.
