Superbad - Patreon Version

If you haven’t seen it, watch Pineapple Express. Absolutely hilarious marijuana comedy, it’s also written by Seth Rogan and Evan Goldberg. It features many of the same adult actors used in this film, as well as people like Ken Jeong, Gary Cole, and Danny McBride.

Thomas Yanez

Haven't watched yet, just the intro to see if he identified the version - with a runtime of 1:58, it's the unrated/extended version.

You guys have got to react to The Inbetweeners Movie, basically a British Superbad where they go on a type of holiday (vacation) that we all go on at 17/18 years old for the first time! There is a series before it which is brilliant but you can watch it as it’s own movie 👍

JediLounger

I assume you guys liked this movie a whole lot, going to start the reaction in a bit. If you did, you should also watch Booksmart (2019).

Odd Thomas

I also recommend the female version of this: Booksmart

Tyler Foster

I get why people call Booksmart the female version, especially with Beanie Feldstein being Jonah Hill's sister, but (and I said this on YouTube too), I think Blockers deserves that crown. Really really funny movie that Rogen and Goldberg produced and not enough people saw, IMO. Another adjacent movie to Booksmart/Blockers is the very funny comedy Banana Split on Netflix. I saw that at a film festival that year and loved it.

Odd Thomas

Check out Greg Mottola's other films Adventureland and Paul if you haven't already

Josh B.

You guys gotta watch This Is The End its super funny and has a lot of the people from this movie since all these comedians are friends they show up everywhere together.

Odd Thomas

Wait, when did you do Kick Ass? Or had you seen it before starting the channel?

Erich Bomke

not having access to the unrated version made this a nightmare of pausing to sync up. Damn you Netflix.

I came here to ask the same question... sometimes they post the reactions out of order so hopefully it's coming soon

gobmob2000

You two have to watch the Harold and Kumar trilogy.

braaap

awesome reaction, loved it! seen a few negative comments lately so just wanted to say that most of us really enjoy your reactions and you guys do a great job :)

For more of the McLovin actor, you should watch Role Models (also it's comedy in the same vein as this). Also stars Paul Rudd and Sean William Scott.

JarHead0351

sorry just didn't get in to this movie as many other people had done. Just catch you on the next one..

Joe D. MacGuffinstuff

Seth Rogen not only wrote a lot of his movies, he's also a script fixer, producers will give him a flawed script and he "fixes" them. Carrie Fisher did a lot of that too. Also, the two characters are Seth and Evan, aka Seth Rogen and his cowriter Evan Goldberg. Also, Evan Goldberg's brother did all the dick pics, no shit 😆

Mr. Writhms

The only thing that disappointed me about this movie was... The soundtrack had all that 70s funk music and they didn't bother to play the James Brown song called "Super Bad". It would have fit so well as the title song. Maybe they tried and couldn't get the rights to play it. I like to think that. 😏

TNT/TBS does not have this version, but Prime does (FYI streamed content people)
