Great film thanks for watch unfortunately this director has never made as good a film since this flick

Jesse Nkinsi

This movie took me by surprise when it came out, its aweome.

Lindsay G

I'm so glad this got made instead of the Halo movie it was supposed to be.

Michael_AP

Love the thumbnail :) and great great video as always 👍 This movie really is one of a kind. The whole tone and storytelling is so unique. Definitely a reference to the apartheid and the black people living in the huge townships like Soweto.

Shane Kolaga

There is supposed to be a sequel in the works as well, I'm both excited and worried because I want more but I don't want it ruined! Neil Blomkamp has an awesome Youtube studio called Oates Studios (https://www.youtube.com/c/OatsStudios) and make cool Sci-Fi stuff! Def worth a look at whether its reactions or on your own! (Zygote is my Favorite on the Youtube page!)

JWheezy

Not sure if Simone appreciates George using a candid shot like that for the thumbnail, but still pretty cool :)

Kris

I remain beyond outraged that this is what we got instead of a Halo film produced by Peter Jackson. It's a great, great film, but man, it's hard not to think about what could have been... Blomkamp would have knocked it out of the fuckin park.

George, the internment camps where disgusting in the US past and I support all "othered" populations and a big supporter of Sulu ST TOS

"othered" = a smaller population that the majority pick on to feel better about themselves.

Wolfi0815

Chappie from 2015 is another great SciFi movie placed in South Africa!

Brandon Meng

I am so unbelievably excited to watch this right now

Ziggy

Humanity on top.

Brian Hakala

Absolutely loved this movie when I watched in theaters back in the day. It really is the fly meets the fugitive. Glad to see you both enjoyed it!

stephen phillips

ohh it is Cinebinge. I was almost confused. LMAO!!!!!!!!!!!!! you two are awesome as always. random movie recommendation here, please check out Sent of a Woman with Al Pacino. Thanks

Rick Matherson

Sharlto Copley never gets enough love, I'd recommend Free Fire with him, I feel like it'd be a great watch for you guys.

James Whalen

I feel like both George and Simone would love "Short Circuit" from the 80s, it has everything they love in that movie.

Reiji Kobayashi

So . . . imagine three years of solitude. Not knowing what's happening to the folks you left behind, especially your son. Remembering everything the humans did since your arrival on Earth. I doubt I could maintain my optimism (or sanity) for that long. BTW, should you feel the need for some light-hearted action comedy, I suggest Last Action Hero starring Arnold Schwarzenegger.
