I forgot how many careers were launched by this movie. Eugene Levy still outshines them all though. That man steals the show in everything he does. Anyway, thanks for the trip down memory lane. I definitely don't think I would have queued this one up to watch on my own. :)

Hearing Simone say “How dare you, that’s Willow” just made me realize that she reminds me of Tara.

A memorable horny teen movie from the 90’s that introduced us to the term MILF. Lol

Skinny_Obelix

As problematic as some things are, I feel this is probably the most accurate representation of awkward teenage boys at the time. But thank God for the youtube edit, I wouldn't be able to sit through some of these parts.

Yet another movie that makes me hope you guys are gonna watch American Graffiti one of these days!

Denis

American Pie 1 and 2 are two of my favourite movies!

Fun fact: Where I went to school in Canada, you had to choose an instrument in Grade 6, and would play said instrument in music class until at least the end of Grade 9. I chose the flute and became good enough to be in the school band. American Pie came out the following summer. Naturally, that had led to countless jokes and teasing for the remainder of my education. That is, until I found glory and redemption when Anchorman dropped in 2004 and jazz flute got the credit it deserved!!!

Ricardo Alanis

I recommend “Road Trip” as another great movie in this genre/era. Sean William Scott (who played Stiffler) is also in it and does a great job.

Pam Nail

This movie kind of kicked off a revival of raunchy teen movies in the late 90s and I'd forgotten how great it is. Jim and his dad are my favorite, and Jennifer Coolidge (Stifler's mom) became an icon after this. As a former band nerd, though, I rolled my eyes pretty hard at Michelle and the other band geeks. I get that it's an easy stereotype and who cares, but that was not my experience of band camp at all. I do feel like this movie is where the "sexually active band geeks" in Mean Girls came from, though.

Rob Church

You guys should check out Wet Hot American Summer. One of my favorite comedies and I know you guys would dig it.

James Whalen

They need to watch at least American Pie 2 and Wedding as those are very entertaining as well.

Marc Post

These movies are awesome, definitely check out 2, 3 and Reunion

warcrimes

This was the only funny one. Rest are trash.

Adam Wetstein

Eugene Levy eyebrows deserve a Oscar

Jason Pratt

I still think y’all would like the continuation of the next two just to continue with the cast. Offensive? Maybe. But some hilarity is still there.

I liked the second one, potentially even more than the first one. It started going downhill pretty quickly after that, though, IMO.

Bananahammock55

The band in the monkey scene is Blink 182

Jonathan Grier

Another comedy (that's less teenagery) is Liar Liar if either of you haven't seen that yet.

redddfer44

I grew curious and watched 2 and 3 as well. 2 probably has its fans but it feels most aged of them all, in a bad way, while the third one was surprisingly my favorite of the three.

Ed Stephens

More references to spot in Not Another Teen Movie. Also Garden State is another movie where the mom is banging one of the friends
