redddfer44

So many good choices... but I really gotta vote the Pacino movies.

Dibbles

Signs is an Underrated movie, shame it ain't winning

Adam Wetstein

Great choices. Coffee is for closers

Alexrandom

Little correction needed. The evil dead has been uploaded already 😉

tim honigs

I loved Chef. Has several Marvel cast members in it, as Jon Favreau stars in it. Probably won't win, but...such a good movie

Paulo Rodrigues

You should consider the drama "Ed Wood" (Tim Burton-Johnny Depp-Bill Murray-Sarah Jéssica Parker), It will shed a light to what you saw in Plan 9 from outer space.

Onno Smits

Oh, Chef (2014) is wonderful! Won't win though, not well known enough. Signs (2002) is great, but I watched that just a couple of weeks ago... 😅

Khan1001

Tough one! Signs & WOTW are great sci-fi (watch them later) but I'm a Pacino fan so ''Say hello to my little friend!''

Joel

Glengarry Glen Ross is screaming out for a reaction video. I'm crestfallen it's all ready well behind all the others.

Nathan Jasper

In the future whenever you start looking for one season shows again, I'd like to suggest Saint X and also The Lost Flowers of Alice Hart. Thanks!

Les Bird

Always Be Closing. I don't understand how Glengarry Glen Ross is so underrated.

Senec

Huh. Never would have called "The Crow" a drama, but I guess I can see that. Also would love to see "Nobody (2021)" make it onto a poll, but I appreciate you keeping the list of choices on the polls more concise, so thats all the more I'm gonna say about it :)

JayF

I've seen all of these except Chef. I hated Glengarry Glen Ross. All of the rest of them are good but I'd say War of the Worlds is the weakest of them. I'm surprised that Scarface (age) and Signs (love it or hate it) are in the lead. I loved both of them though.

Daniel

Easily Scarface due to Pacino's iconic performance.

FrancescoTakesItEasy

The Crow! The Crow! The Crow!!! Although, I've been thinking about getting 3:10 to Yuma for the shelf. Haven't seen it in forever but remember it being quite good.

Reece Chapford

Would Cinebinge consider watching even older movies like Gone with the Wind, Wizard of Oz or some of the Hitchcock classics?

OldBeardedGuyReacts

Some good choices. I remember liking "The Crow" when it came out, but I wonder whether it would be as iconic if the lead actor hadn't died during filming. "Scarface" will most likely win...no complaints there. In October, leading up to Halloween, can we get a few "let's gross out Simone" polls?

lucas rabelo

Elite Squad 1 and 2, City of God. BEST Brazilian Movies Ever.

DemNikoArt

Signs was marketed as a simple alien movie but there is so much more to it. Would love for you guys to see it 😍

Nate Gavin

Yay! Thanks for putting GGGR up there.

יוסי פורקוש

also think about watching the tv show JUSTIFIED and the new RABIT HOLE its realy good.

Brandon Meng

I was excited to see a poll just for dramas but sadly none of these films but Chef truly resonated with me... can we have drama polls more often? My specific recommendations for dramas would be: Perks of Being a Wallflower, Black Swan, Manchester by the Sea, Life is Beautiful, Count of Monte Cristo, and The Edge (Anthony Hopkins). And probably a ton more I can't think of right now.

Jeff K.

One of these days, I hope you guys just pick Chef as one of your own choices, as it's becoming clear it's never gonna win a poll. But it's well worth a watch. Great movie and, as always, a reminder to never watch it on an empty stomach.

Haye Zeus

I didn’t expect to see Glen Gary on any poll for any reactors. It’ll never win but it gets my vote

My name is Jere

I hope Signs wins... Its top 5 horror movie ever

Jason Harris

Glengarry Glen Ross is a masterpiece of dialog and acting - a powerhouse of a movie and well worth a reaction even if it doesn't win here

Mikebdrx

Voting for Signs with the hope one day you watch the Scary Movie series of parody films.

Liesmith

Glengary Glen Ross, followed by Barry.

dieselbeast

I was hoping Scarface would win but hopefully it comes in a close second runner-up so they'd consider still reacting to it sooner rather then later 🙏

GBmain

Man this place has gotten busy in the last couple years, I worry with this many viewers popularity of movie will win out over quality more and more, it's cool, price of success I guess. The commentary is still rock solid and genuine.

Richard Maurer

Signs over The Crow? Really? I can at least see why Scarface is beating it - even while I disagree with that too.

YoureMrLebowski

i'm here to watch movies and have fun, and i'm all out of bubblegum.

Naw

These're all very meh TBH, 'cept maybe Scarface, but that really doesn't need a rewatch... Oh well; here's to the next one, sigh...

Mike Miner

It's so encouraging to see all the mentions of Glengarry so I'll throw a huge recommendation out there too. Also, it might have been suggested before, but maybe an "indie/underrated" poll would be more suitable, as these lesser-known movies are doomed against the more mainstream stuff.

UNC

Scarface!!!

DM DC

I can't wait for them to eventually get to "The Crow", it's such a beautiful film. I am really looking forward to Signs.

Lachlan Smith

The Crow all the way! you guys should definitely save it for Halloween though!!!

Tenn Seven

Can't believe there's so little love for Glengarry Glen Ross. That movie is just fantastic. Maybe someday they'll do a "Poll Losers" poll.

Michael Buhl

Network (1976) has a lot of comedy in it, but it's a drama, and I highly recommend it!

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

There are about 4 on the poll I find most worthwhile...I only vote for the one I want most...but even the ones below my top 4 are reasonable choices

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

Re-requests that are very deserving Booksmart (2019) The Menu (2022) The Whale (2022)

Ian West

Any chance of getting a review of Empire of the Sun some time?

Vincent

WOTW 🤷🏾‍♂️

Jean-Dominic Lapointe

War of the Worlds came out a few months after I had read the book. It was fun to see the differences and similitudes.

casey

i cant believe signs is winning atm omg i feel like my top picks are never in the lead on these polls but i was OBSESSED with signs as a little kid. my longtime bestie who i met in kindergarten shared a mutual love for that movie and talked about it all the time on the elementary school playground like it was our citizen kane. its good suspenseful fun!

Simon Clifton

As much as The Crow was THE film of my moody teen years and so REALLY want it to be shown, I’d have to agree with others and say maybe leave it until Halloween. Or more accurately the 30th October ;)

YoureMrLebowski

i would have preferred to see Unforgiven (1992) on the poll cause it's a hell of a thing killing a man. but i did vote for 3:10 To Yuma.

christopher b swanson

lol i clearly am the only person who found signs boring and nonsensical

Captain

war of the worlds over signs for sure.

Baron Imhoof

Disappointed but not surprised that my choice, Glengarry Glen Ross, isn't doing well, since it's not action-oriented or a thriller. But it is a great demonstration of a group of actors at the height of their craft absolutely owning their roles and a great representation of the time it was made, so I hope you will consider it in the future.

Connor Glaze

Re-requesting two of the best crime dramas ever made City of God (2002) Sexy Beast (2000)

Garrick Smalley

I know The Crow is a supernatural thriller and not a drama but dang it is nice to see it so high on the list.

YoureMrLebowski

i don't expect Glengarry Glen Ross to win but i hope you'll watch it because it's great acting.

James I

This is England is a great and my fave British drama. :)

YoureMrLebowski

with two movies starring Al Pacino on the poll I can't help but think of Scent of a Woman (1992) and hope for a poll appearance. He did win an Oscar for his portrayal, so let's run it up the flagpole and see who salutes.

MacGuffinStuff

Just a coincidence lol? I literally just re-watched Signs yesterday, oh man, I want to like it but I have one massive problem with it and I can't say it lol

JayF

I'm truly shocked that Signs is currently running away with this one. I love it.

matthew berry

Ugh of course one of the worst movies is winning the poll

werewolfhunger

there's a lot of frustration here for understandable reasons. when one of your favorite movies doesn't get chosen it sucks because you don't know when it'll show up on a poll again (only to fail to get chosen again lol). I'm new here so maybe they've already done this , but i was thinking they could do (every once in a while) a runner-up poll from pervious polls 7 runner ups so some movies will get a second chance. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang (2005) Yes Man (2008) Manhattan Murder Mystery (1993) Midnight in Paris (2011) Annie Hall (1977) Café Society (2016) Lost in Translation (2003) Lucy (2014)

Jonny

Please watch American Werewolf in London or Arachnophobia

Alex Ch

Please consider “Big Fish” for a future video or poll. Beautiful dramedy completely different from the rest of Tim Burton’s work.

Connor Glaze

I really can't put my finger on why but I found Signs pretty underwhelming when I saw it. I love Mel Gibson and Joaquin Phoenix as actors, and usually when a movie carries such a strong reputation I understand why upon watching it, even if it's not my thing in terms of genre or vibe. This one just didn't land with me for reasons I can't articulate - maybe after a rewatch.

nossieboy

Come on The Crow! Halloween is looming

Joe

Now that's a weird selection.

UNC

Scarface let’s rally!

Travis H

Voting for WOTW and Chef (would vote Signs but it doesn’t need my help) And Glengary is a great movie that I highly recommend they both watch, but I don’t know if it would make a very good reaction video.

Happy Hanukkah

Without expressing an opinion on the merits of the movies themselves: (i) I am slightly surprised to see Signs in first place. I thought there was a Shyamalan fatigue, to put it in very polite terms. (ii) War of the Worlds is also doing better than I would have expected. I was under the impression that it was not highly regarded, even by Tom Cruise and sci-fi fans. I suppose that it is the default popcorn movie of the poll. Speaking of WotW, I am pleased to let you know that the chances of anything coming from Mars are a million to one... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M5vCEjEC9s

HUGO TORRES

In my opinion id rather see scargace chef or the crow win but since its not up to me signs isnt the worst one to watch

Viilutaja

If You want a solid horror film, then react to 'Rec' (2007 Spain). It was so good that Hollywood created a copy next year (Quarantine, 2008). Also maybe consider reacting to International hits (1+1, Parasiite)? And react to one of the best horror films ever made :The Decsent and Descent 2! Less You read about them, the better. Just be ready for horror on so many different level. ;)

Logan Kerlee

This poll contains two movies that I'd HYYYYYYYPED as hell to watch you both react to - The Crow and Scarface! Neither are leading right now - but there's plenty of time to catch up! :)

warcrimes

War of the Worlds is flawed. A great first act, solid 2nd but the third act is pretty bad. I'd def put this in the guilty pleasure category and would still like to see your reaction. I also voted 3:10

Tim T—

For the weird, quirky movies category: Brazil (1985) - Robert de Niro’s oddest (and greatest) role. The Fisher King (1991) - Robin William’ saddest role.

keeperofthegloom

I'm certain Glengarry Glen Ross won't win any polls, but I do hope it makes it onto the "Eventually" list! It won't get many views as its literally a play adapted for the big screen, but it's some of the finest acting you'll see!

Ben

One of the last movies I suggested (Scarface) has made it onto this poll! so here I go commenting the others again (with one more to replace 'Scarface'). A random assortment of movies I'd love to see you react to; 'Dirty Rotten Scoundrels' (1988) 'True Grit' (2010) 'Parenthood' (1989) Wayne's World' (1992) 'Dead Poets Society' (1989) 'One Hour Photo' (2002) 'Labyrinth' (1986) 'North by Northwest' (1959)

JoeySnowyNoey

There are too many good movies on this poll! Signs and Chef are some of my favorite movies of all times. I cry like a baby every time I see Signs.

Johnny B. Goode

I have a few movie requests! Dead Presidents (1995) Don't Be A Menace to South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood (1996) The Irishman (2019) Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story (2007)

Mega Reacts

Let's get The Crow to number one!

Huckleberry lobo

Ok you've seen Heat and that epic scene between De Niro & Pacino. How about Morgan Freeman and Sir Ben Kingsley as rival mobsters that also share an epic scene? Check out Lucky Number Slevin(2006)

Jay Davis

I'm glad Signs is in the lead cuz I really do wanna see y'all's reaction... but I gotta put my lot in with Glengarry Glen Ross. David Mammet just can't be denied!

RLYtoxic

Not sure if they seen it, but Beetlejuice (1988) is one of my all time favorite movies. Also Beetlejuice 2 is only a year away, pretty excited about that one.

Koonce

Matrix 2 could be a fun entry for a future poll. Happy to see Chef get some votes! Cheers.

Hussain Rumaih

I really hope you do Chef eventually, definetly one of my fav movies, such good energy.

QuiGon_Jim (Howe)

Yeah, 'Chef' will never win a poll.. but I'm glad to see it back on another poll.. shows that you have some interest in it and will probably just go ahead and watch it in the near future!

Opti_Frog

George and Simone are too intelligent for Signs. This is going to be a hoot. 😄

Carla Davis

In my opinion 3:10 to Yuma is the best film on here followed by scareface

Skinny_Obelix

I think Scarface is somewhat overrated, it's a bit of a meme movie before memes existed. Chef is a movie I can watch any time and love it, a classic in its genre. 3:10 to yuma is solid. Didn't like Signs and War of the Worlds. Haven't seen The Crow or Glen Gary Glen Ross.

Jacob King

Signs is like the bizzaro remix of Spielberg’s WotW except that it came out three years earlier. There are so many shared plot elements and themes but Signs wins out by having a real personality. It’s not a great personality but it’s real and it’s unique. Also WotW and not Minority Report is the “we have food at home” meme. Sorry.

David N

I'm sad chef is never going to win a poll but at least we don't have to live through the comments of glen gary glen ross.

Rachel W

How about an all Classics poll with films before 1960? Citizen Kane, 12 Angry Men, To Kill a Mockingbird, A Streetcar Named Desire, etc

DracJeriba

Wolfgang Petersen was a quite successfull director with movies like In the Line of Fire (1993), Air Force One (1997) and Troy (2004); But by far hist best work is the unforgettable masterpiece Das Boot (1981). Definitely worth a watch!

Jay

Well under 10% of the vote as things stand...... the Cinebinge community clearly aren't closers:)

Rachel W

"Close Encounters of The Third Kind"(1977) -written and directed by Spielberg is fantastic and I know both G and S would love it.

Cavatica

Idk why nobody reacts to Patton. I feel like it would be perfect, an excellent film with a fascinating character and a lot of great lines.

Kelly Pickard

I'm gonna throw The Big Short back in and hope it can make another appearance in a poll. It's so damn good.

K Murray

Kind of a weird poll tbh. Two dramas against a bunch of genre fiction movies. Don't get me wrong, I like all the movies on this list. It's just weird to see a "Drama" poll with The Crow and Signs on it.

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

Movie requests I'm surprised haven't already been done on this channel The Sandlot (1993) Bridesmaids (2011) Bad News Bears (1976)

Michael Langille

love both signs and the crow, so I haven't gotta CLUE what to vote for. tim curry tim curry tim curry.... Oscar

Rúnar Smárason

Signs seems to be winning. I just watched it again today. Have fun watching it, it's a great movie

Lex Kuzma

These are all great movies. Well, except for War of the Worlds. I'm excited for whatever wins and maybe you should do the top three because this is a great list.

King_Panarisi

Please add the Narnia franchise to the backlog. Is there a reason you never continued the Hunger Games? If it’s because of the camera movement it is safe to say from the second movie there are no handheld shots anymore or not a lot anyway.

Torsten Maekler

Yohoo, here's a list of things you can add to your watch list: a) The Dark Crystal b) The English Patient c) The Horse Wisperer d) 1492 - Conquest of Paradise e) Crimson Tide f) Unbreakable g) Gangs of New York As a Bonus, since you guys totally loved Arcane, why not watch the 5-part Making of "Bridging the Rift"? Totally worth it.

Chase Lonnergan

Gotta throw my list in again: Clue Beverly Hills Cop II The Count of Monte Cristo (2002) Short Circuit From Dusk 'Til Dawn Dexter (only the first 5 seasons)

Ryan K

So sad that Glengarry Glen Ross is in last place :(( It's such a brilliant movie!

Jomero

I was in high school when The Crow came out. I was pretty immersed in the goth culture at the time. The Crow may not have spawned the culture, but it definitely gave it a huge shot in the arm. So, lots of nostalgia for me around that movie. Sad that Brandon (son of Bruce) Lee would not live to do more movies, since he died on the set of this movie due to a gun prop accident.

michael clarke

omg! signs? i will never understand this audience.

Nate Southerland

Y'all! Chef is sooooo good. It's profoundly underrated. Poll voters, if you haven't seen it, stop and go watch it, then come back and see if your vote changes.

Brad Lowry

Glengarry Glenn Ross should get some LOVE in honor of Alan Arkin, RIP

Justin Leone

You're my favorite movie reactors, but man, a lot of your patrons are killing me here... A middling M. Night Shyamalan entry like Signs leads the poll, while Glengarry Glenn Ross, a critically acclaimed masterpiece of writing and acting, is in last place?

Choi_Yujin_Stan_Account

As an aside... I'm still hoping we can get Pee Wee's Big Adventure in honor of Paul Reuben's passing in the near future

Ryan D

War of the Worlds is a perfect Halloween movie to watch. If it doesnt win this poll, you should watch it in October.

simon brouillard

I still hope that one of those There will be blood is on one of those polls. Daniel Day-Lewis and Paul Dano at their best

YoureMrLebowski

The Nice Guys (2016) did great in the May 22 poll. por favor

Dirge Girl

Grosse Pointe Blank (1997)

Lola Lirola

Coming in with some Halloween recommendations! (Is there an official place to put them? I'm new here) Some women-fronted hidden gems: Midsommar - very subversive of all horror tropes, starting with no darkness! and very interesting and relevant twisted metaphors in it Ginger Snaps - a classic Canadian B-movie horror! werewolves and girl puberty are truly the perfect match: becoming a bloody, angry, hairy beast every month by surprise... how did nobody make the connection before? Happy Death Day - for a fun take on the masked killer movie, with a Groundhog Day approach The Craft - these goth witches were practically mandatory viewing at any GenX girl sleepover, especially on Halloween Jennifer's Body - a box office disappointment back then that is getting its due recognition as a complex female character exploration today Bram Stoker's Dracula - okay, not women-led per se, but somehow this ended up being the 'for women' version of Dracula; and Coppola did all the effects in-camera, zero post! Rocky Horror Picture Show - it's a (fabulous) musical, so perhaps a nightmare to edit, but so worth it; it's a classic of 70s queer cinema and it launched a million midnight showings still going on strong today!

William P. Esping

I recommend Glory (1989) and Lincoln (2012) Great movies

p0sthum4n

What's a guy gotta do to get you two watching The Sopranos?

windyWin

I'd never seen Glengarry Glen Ross but I love dramas with that kind of setting. I hear Gil from The Simpsons was influenced by a character in that movie, and some of Charlie Days acting from Its Always Sunny was influenced by that movie too in an episode.

Richard Burrell

You guys NEED to watch Manchester By The Sea!

Zain Cassis

For TV shows, I'd like to recommend Silo. It's truly amazing, with acting greats like Rebecca Ferguson, and TIM ROBBINS. The first great mystery show in a some time.

Brandon Meng

All I want is Perks of Being a Wallflower on one poll 😭😭

Ian Rastall

Also, "The Lightning Bugs of Cochrane, Wyoming". It's a terrific indie film starring Mia Goth, Kathy Bates, Carrot Top, and the ghost of Betty White.

Ginger

"Tenacious D in: The Pick of Destiny" 🤘🏻🤘🏻

gfixler

Whoa, what happened to Borat? Copyright strike?

Kwazimoto69

Dances with Wolves. I turn to shambles by the last scene, every time.

BangDroid

This is the only post that shows up when I search the word "dreams". (I was looking to see if you have done the movie What Dreams May Come). Weird thing is, the word dreams doesn't appear in the post nor any one of the comments or replies.
