Wow great stuff George! Can’t wait to watch!

Brendon

Are these movies going to be uploaded one every Monday George? Love the content!

Hi Brendon, no the frequency will be closer to once every 3-4 weeks. The amount of work required to translate a whole video is quite time consuming and I can only fit it in between other videos each week when I have time. As well, we were able to shoot just 5 films for the short duration of his stay, so the content have to last until the next time he's able to fly out.

Carlos Hurtado

I'm only an hour in and your dad's insight and story's are a delight. I'm looking forward to the rest of the films. Especially Schindler's List.

Torstein Skurve

Have to say I'm very impressed by the amount of work you put into this channel. You edit every single video yourself, translate everything manually, read every comment and keep up with repuests, set up polls, track analytics and probably loads more. You guys are really great👏

Philipp Roensch

Glad he get's to see this one, a great reaction.

My name is Jeff

I love this movie, seen few Times now, i Even think i might like IT better than SPR... Not even kidding

Mati D.

This is great, thanks a lot.

Wow I saw the Saving Private Ryan reaction was at a million views, that's awesome! Honestly as a veteran I think it's really interesting to hear your dad's experiences and perspective as a veteran of a different military, and how similar the military experience is in general. Btw those glowing white things are white phosphorus, "Willy Pete", supposedly burns hot enough to melt through an engine block, so imagine what flying chunks of it do to a person, not pretty. My dad's uncle Jose (I was named after him, Jose but they called him Joe too) was a tanker in 2nd Armored Division in WW2, same as the characters in this, and my dad and uncle were also in armored units during Vietnam, 1st Armored and 1st Infantry, 1st Squadron/4th Cavalry. Also, I had no idea before the SPR video that China also fought in Vietnam after we left, again, really interesting to hear another perspective, hope this video does well too.

Is it just me or is the audio completely can-y sounding? Sounds pretty terrible tbh. Might have been explained further in the intro, but I paused to check here. Yeah after further listening something is definitely wrong with your Mic specifically George. Your father sounds just fine, especially once you moved the mic closer to him and he started speaking more. You, however, sounded distant and just weird weird audio quality.

Cubonemaker

Hope we get to see Simone watch Hacksaw with you at some point also

🖤Talk about your "duh" moments. I was typing the name of this movie to pull it up but typed "Fury (With George's Dad)" in the search bar because I had this patreon tab with this video ready to go. I was perplexed for a whole 2 seconds when nothing came up XD... ah-WHOOPS..

REDR58

George, can you ask your father exactly what kind of tank he served on? Just curious, thanks!

Chase Lonnergan

I've never seen Fury before. This seems like the best reason to watch it.

Logan Kerlee

Absolutely George, I totally understand. It's all good. I'll go ahead and watch this sometime soon. :)

Dave Jachulski

lmao I read this as "Furries (with George's Dad)" and had to do a double take

Tinfoilnation

Some useless trivia for you guys - they couldn't figure out how to film inside a Sherman and have the guys only be *pretending* to drive or operate the turret, so, they trained all of them to actually operate a Sherman tank. Actors acquire a weird array of skills over their careers so, Michael Peña? Achievement Unlocked: Fully qualified tank driver.

I can relate with your father George, I sereved in the U.S. Marines (80-86) at 17yrs old - I was with 2nd Bn 7th Marine, Weapon Co., Dragon Plt (M-47 anti-tank shoulder fired missle ) - I had to learn every tank in the China & Russian Army - Glad we never had to meet back then and hope we can share a drink now. I also like watching Tank movies and did enjoyed this movie reaction with your father and may suggest "Patton or Baltte of the Bulge or Kelly's Hero for a laugh) - Can't wait for Full Metal Jacket reaction and yes the boot camp part of the movie is realistic back in my day of bootcamp
