Goddamn ya’ll got me excited in the comments for Catch Me If You Can about Oppenheimer! Still though, I’ve heard good things about this movie so I’m sure I’ll give it a watch at some point! Hope everyone enjoys their Sunday!

Does George not know Pinocchio? Wooden puppet brought to life by a fairy -- wants to be a real boy -- every time he lies his nose grows. In the Disney movie, Jiminy Cricket (he's just "Talking Cricket" in the fairy tale) is tasked with being Pinocchio's conscience, to teach him right from wrong so that he can be a real boy. This movie's "Ethical Bug" is a riff on Jiminy Cricket.

Simone mentioned Jiminy Cricket, so I assumed she at least knew about or saw the movie, since that's the Disney version of the character.

Shrek 3 and 4 need to be watched even as the 3 is not that good, the others are holiday specials so you can watch them but are not required. This movie is after Shrek 4 and before Shrek 5 which they kind of announced with the last shot in this movie

Shrek 3 is not good. But not as bad as Godfather 3 or Madagascar 3. It seems bad in comparation with other movies of the series. But as a standalone it is okayish. It is kinda like Alien 3 which is watchable as a standalone movie but a huge step to the wrong direction for the franchise. But Shrek 3 is not like Alien 4 which is a total crap. Shrek 4 is good. I mean that should be a part three. And I see no reasons why you should not watch it. Also there is the best modern cover of a classical piece I've ever heard in it. Bach's Little Fugue in a house style. If you'll do both I be really glad.

this movie is just a masterpiece, it really had no right to be this good :D I also love how many adult themes are in it I would not recommend watching Shrek 3 and 4.

You should consider going back and watching shrek 4 lots of people think it’s not good but I think it’s a nice conclusion to his story. Please still skip shrek 3 it’s not cannon we all agree on that.
