I actually really like these instrumentals in albums. It's not super common from what I've seen. Like out of the 30 or so albums I have, only 2 or 3 have instrumental intros/intermissions. It can really set the tone for an album which I think this one does really well for Live and Fall. And 75 is the bpm of the song which they mention in the Build Up video so you already know this lol.
