Guys, don’t forget to like the characters you want in the poll. I am going to make one at the end of this month. 🫶🏻🩷
The character must receive at least 4 hearts to be included.
🫡 yes please
Hi Misaka and all. I was just talking to Misaka in the comments, but I thought it might be better to respond here in case anyone else wants to share what they think.
I see how it would be kind of unfair to randomly single out one commission to get animated, but I think it would be good to have a poll to decide one every now and then. Or maybe there could also be a poll to decide whether a regular set or a commission set gets animated, e.g.: “Choose Who Gets Animated: X (Pairin), Y (Mereoleona), or Z (Do A Commission Poll)”. But I get there might be some problems with that, like there might be too many options. It’s just a shame when a commission turns out so good but never has a chance to get animated.
Hey again! I understand and agree that some requests turn out exceptionally well, but I frankly don’t know what the best solution would be here, since people only pay for images. Holding a poll with 15+ options every month, where less popular characters would probably never stand a chance of winning, is another problem, on top of certain people’s requests receiving “special” treatment.
I’ve received questions about this in DMs too, and I’m thinking about how to implement it, whether through a shop or a separate tier (probably a shop would be better, since it would be a one-time purchase) that would allow people to request animations of existing sets. Creating an animation set requires significant resources and basically prevents me from working on anything else for more than 24 hours. Sometimes, it exceeds 48 hours.
Unfortunately, I’m already behind on this month’s sets. I was sick last week, and now I’m trying to catch up, but there are still many sets to clean up, reorder, and package, along with two remaining video sets to finish. So until I’ve caught up with everything, I won’t be making any changes for now.
If anyone has an idea of how to make this fair for everyone, I’d love to hear it. Tbh, I’d really like to animate way more sets, but given how time-consuming the animation process is, it’s simply not humanly possible.
