Hello 2026! Coming in hot, are we? Well, we still have a bit of 2025 business to look at, so if you wouldn’t mind maybe slowing things down to only ‘mildly insane’, we’ll be with you in a minute. Good golly.

Welcome back folks! 2026 wants to go hard? Well, let’s put the pedal down. On Monday Brad and I return to 2025 with a game that we’d been eager to play, Absolum! On Tuesday, Abby joins us for some FMV-time with Road to Empress, and then on Friday the hardest of hardcore choices… booting up Anthem before it shuts down in a few days. Bet you didn’t have that on your bingo card!

Over in Podcast-ville, we’ve got our return to the regular NXL Podcast, where I’m sure we’ll get into what we did and did not play during our break. We’ll also have the Ramblecast, and a Planorama towards the end of the week. The Watchcast returns next week with Transformers: The Movie, so get your nostalgia and a box of tissues ready!
