The amount of time I’ve spend on a zwift ride either listening to a various nxl pod or watching a stream is quite high so it’s kind of full circle cool to hear Vinny is also one to zwift.

I'll admit when the new theme music first hit, I was briefly worried that I was getting an ad in my podcast feed. But the worry didn't last long. edit: To clarify, I didn't get an ad. But hearing the first few notes weren't the old theme I assumed it was coming from a podcast ad.

Last year at my annual visit to the eye doctors, he asked if I want to do this scan where they scan your eyes to check for abnormalities. I said what the heck, sure. Lucky I did because they found cholesterol plaque in my left eye. Doctor nonchalantly was explaining how this significantly increases the chances of vision loss / stroke. I nearly fainted in the examining room. A bunch of tests later and a visit to the cardiologist, I'm now on aspirin plus cholesterol medicine. The doctor gives me anxiety but I'll never miss check ups after that lol.
