YUNA has been added. Specifically, not the story-driven YUNA, but the one consumed by Ghouls. It currently has a low drop rate from enemies, as it’ll be available through events, story quests, and side quests in different forms. Basically, Judy will consume symbiont remains to increase her YUNA levels.

Adding trait points that can be improved by the level of YUNA in the body decreases its level but enhances Judy's abilities.

Added a visual transformation for Judy that depends on her YUNA level:

the more YUNA she consumes, the worse she looks and the stronger she becomes. YUNA can also be used to upgrade trait points, which act as basic power-ups and significantly impact Judy’s strength.

Body modifiers have been added—more specifically, body mutators. There are currently 16 mutators (2 for each body part). Some skills become available when a particular modifier is selected, such as

a hand modifier allowing Judy to attack with her right hand;

a legs modifier for a fast sprint;

face modifier enables her to consume enemies in melee for health recovery

You might not like the looks of infected character that's why you will be able to adjust transformation to your liking.
