December (Patreon)

Hi folks, hope everyone's Novembers went well! 

I've been napping off the NaNoWriMo challenge the last day and a bit, so sorry a newsletter didn't go up immediately yesterday.

As with last year, the December edition is going to be quite different to our usual format. I'll get it to you in the next few days. I'm going to be putting up the contents of last year's Christmas themed newsletter up on Tumblr as a seasonal post in the coming days.

In other news, the NaNoWriMo challenge went really well, I got to 50,004 words by midday Wednesday without any major stress migraines or frantic moments. I reckon in that I've gotten through about a third of the story in total. The aim in the coming months is to write a further 30,000 words in December, and 40,000 in January, with the aim of editing as I go and focusing on polishing and additional editing in February. By the end of February, I hope to begin approaching Literary Agents, then Publishers. 

The prologue of the story should be up available for you all to read by the 24th of December (I want to tidy up a few bits and pieces first), and as always your feedback and thoughts upon it would be very much appreciated as and when.
