I'd love to see them watch that for multiple reasons (including it being a fantastic show with great performances all around), but also because I want to see their reactions to certain actors who pop up in it unexpectedly.

It's interesting that you note how good Devon looks with her technique and stuff, because from what I've read, she basically didn't have any experience with martial arts previously. But she DOES have a pretty big athletics background in stuff like swimming and ice skating and soccer. You really can tell who the actual athletes are in shows like this, because they just look natural doing... well, athletic things.

I think a big twist that will happen is when kreese finds out Tori’s mom died he will tell her not to fight because he knows what it’s like to lose his mom young and the biggest mistake he made after losing his mom was going to war

Also the fake/wrong name is the same name they call Mr miyagi in the next karate kid. Another thing you might have missed in karate kid 4 miyagi is said to be friends with Hillary swanks grandfather and that could be the same grandfather that owned the boxing gym

Coco

Am I the only one who thinks that the girl who plays Devon Lee looks exactly like Mulan (animated)?
