So stoked about Treasure Planet

Peaches

So excited for The Help

I'm Batman

Great lineup, I don't remember much from The Next Karate Kid but I do know as a kid I enjoyed it a lot. Should be fun to revisit that after so many years.

Sarah

I feel like we are getting more movies this month than usual (maybe I'm wrong lol) which is exciting because usually there's so many shows and only a handful of movies! Can't wait ❤️❤️ (ofc, love shows as well!)

ImaKatPerson

Wreck it Ralph, the Help, and Wicked? LFG!!! The Next Karate Kid is a deep cut man I haven’t seen that since I was a kid

Shara Wade

Starting 2025 off with a Bang! Yasss!!!

Zoe S

Looks great, let’s go!😁

Ron Banks

Bruh, Project X was my movie in high school. Every high school party at that time was trying to imitate that. We’re getting The Next Karate Kid a lot sooner than I thought too. Let’s go. I’m still trying to figure out why they haven’t had her on Cobra Kai.

CendrineBibeau

Not the month for me, but happy for everyone who gets a movie/tv show request this month ! ✌️ With that said, pretty excited for The Help, and next month might be more my jam ! Happy January every one 🤗

LaLa

This looks to be a very enjoyable month. 👌

X27

THE NEXT KARATE KID?? Omg I never thought y’all would react to that. I’m so hyped for venom last dance, gladiator 2, SG, wreck it Ralph and the help. Oh January will be good 🔥

Treasure Planet has been my go to bedtime story movie since it was made.... the animation till this day is far superior to most!!!

Krios

I don't have the WORDS for how excited I am to see y'all react to Wicked, oh my godddddd

Annie Baylin

The only one I'm excited for is the Next Karate Kid lol

Anya

Should've ended the trailer with "Are you not entertained?!" by Russell Crowe because I definitely was! Hyped for Treasure Planet & Wicked the most! Excited to continue Peaky Blinders & AIB 🙌

I'm excited for Project X and Wreck-It Ralph. And while I really dislike the Wreck-It Ralph sequel, I'm happy to watch it again with you guys.

JenVonLee

My favorite thing about Project X is it really happened lol.. well, kinda. Corey Worthington is the name of the Aussie guy that threw a party so legendary it ended up on the news. What a riot that movie is. Looking forward to seeing the reaction!

Emily

Super excited for Wicked and The Help!!! 😁

Anthony Velasquez

Cant wait for the Wicked reaction have a feeling we wont get it till the end of the month though gonna be killing me waiting for that reaction if so its been awhile since I’ve been excited for almost every movie in the monthly schedule gotta watch a few of these before the reaction like Venom and Treasure Planet

Annie519
>>159921700

I know! I will say though, I do have a soft spot for it because I used to watch it a lot as a kid because it was on tv all the time and I did think it was cool that he was training a girl but yeah, it's bad. But it will be fun to see their reaction to it, lol.

Emilysr97

I'm so excited for Treasure Planet!!!!!!

Annie519

I'm so excited for The Help! I've been wanting this for a while!!

Anthony Velasquez
>>159921700

For me I when I watched the Karate Kid movie for the 1st time was right before I started Cobra Kai so I binged the movies and it was such a downgrade from the other films I seen it once and told my self I will never watch it again whereas I can watch the other films again but who knows maybe I will check out their reaction to it

Stephanie Murphy

This will awesome to start the new year! I'm READY, WILLING, and ABLE to see so many of these!! I've only seen a few of these and is was so long ago. It will be like a first time watch for me 😄

Alex Turnbull

As usual so many great picks including few that I have yet to see myself (like Wicked and Gladiator, Treasure Planet & Gladiator 2) so I may just watch along with u guys. I'm especially hyped for you to see Wreck it Wralph and The Help. I do hope that next time Black Swan wins because it was my second choice in the polls but there were a lot of great choices.😊❤️ Also Happy New Year when it comes! 🎆

Lauren

Excellent lineup! I’m actually excited you’ll be watching The Karate Kid with Hilary Swank - I actually have always liked that one.

Anthony Velasquez
>>159931078

I wouldnt say they arent into musicals they have watched a fair share on the channel and enjoyed all the ones they have watched

CoCo -

2025 feel like the year for starwars i just have a good feeling

SD

TREASURE PLANET! YES!!! I DIDN’T EVEN HAVE TO BEG INCESSANTLY!

Joey Patterson

Not to much I'm excited for but venom and gladiator 2, project x is ok, but Beetlejuice is hot garbage and does such a disservice to the first one

Katie
>>159919661

In the same boat nothing I’m super excited for but will watch along with them all. Some of these I have never seen

Katie
>>159919499

Agree, we need more movies 😂 But I feel guilty even suggesting because they have their plates full lol. But I’m really looking forward to when they start The Bear

Selena G

I’m so excited! 🤩

Olive_Sandy

We are going to have a banging start to the year! So fucking pumped 🧡

Anthony Velasquez

Question: Is there anyway we can get Diamond Dave on the Wicked reaction never seen him on a musical reaction would hate for him to miss the experience that is Wicked

Div

Gotta watch Jailer and Eagle both on Amazon prime

Naya Se7en & Skylene Rains

I wonder... when they are going to start watching older movies!? Gladiator 2,are you kidding me, copy/paste of the first part. But i understand, Gen Z likes new mainstream movies. They should put a poll like with the names of directors or actors and we vote. Which director wins, they choose one movie from that director, not listening us which movie to watch. Just to make it a bit interesting. For example.... Steven Spielberg......... Tony Scott...................... Stanley Kubrick............ James Cameron........... ...and so on.....

DustinEatWorld

Hmm, nothing for me this month but i‘ll stay a member 🫡😇

tony !

I hope y’all watch karate kid 2010 pleaseeee

patrick

Yesssss Wicked!😩😩 I'm SO happy you gonna react to it😍💚🩷

Natacha Pedersen
>>159934362

I asked for it in yesterday's livestream and they went "we'll write it down" complete poker faces but they must've known it was die this month 😂

Alliyah Denei
>>159941401

They have been watching older movies even Bollywood shows/films and they definitely listen to us because even the polls are movies highly recommended. They will get to everyone's requests but they can only do so much with the time they have each day. I don't know if listing directors necessarily makes it more interesting, it's still a movie or tv show we will be watching at the end of the day.

Raquel Perodin

Eekkk wreck it Ralph and the help?! So excited! Happy new years!

Katie Madsen

Omg so SO excited for Wicked! I think you guys will love Treasure Planet too🥺

Roxanne LIL CRIP Kemmerer
>>159941401

They tend to go for a good variety, leaning on polls and then throw in some they pick to watch. Days of Thunder is an old movie, and excellent old movie (imo), Its a Wonderful Life was on last months list.... and an older film chosen here and there is a great compromise. You may not have enjoyed Gladiator 2 or newer movies but its not just about you. This is a large community and the guys do a TERRIFIC job in picking a variety of genres, animated, foreign, new, and old films/shows. I've been here since the jump and there have been A LOT (more and more as the channel grows) of months when I dislike every single choice or only 1 but I don't grip at what others may enjoy, and make the personal decision to continue my membership because I enjoy the guys as people and want to support them as long as I can. You just have to decide if the way movies are chosen here is something you're willing to stick around for and enjoy, or maybe look for another channel that caters to more movies you do enjoy. But complaining def won't change the way people vote in polls, and ragging on what is selected is certainly not going to have them removed. Either watch it or don't, but spoiling what others might enjoy with unnecessary negativity because you didnt get your way is redundant. I personally happen to know a channel or two that watch a lot more older films, feel free to dm me anytime if you'd like to check any of them out. I'd be happy to give you some recommendations 😊

Caroline

Oh The Help is a beautyful movie 🥹

AyaaChann

TREASURE PLANET?!?! FINALLYY!! 🤩 OMG , i almost dropped my food! Im so happy wow.

Bloop

if theyre watching project x they gotta watch super bad

Aria Isara
>>159941401

+1 on what Alliyah and Roxanne said. This is a very eclectic channel and they do watch older movies - there is literally one in the January schedule lol

Aria Isara
>>159931078

As far as I've seen they actually love musicals, not sure why you think they don't like them???

Katie
>>159941700

Opinions vary. I’m with him, not much here for me either but will check out some of the movies I haven’t seen

Aria Isara

Great edit!! I absolutely did NOT expect to see Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani here 🤯 I didn't see many recommendations for it, I expected a more recent Indian movie, but YJHD is a good young adult/coming of age film. That's a banging month, YJHD and The Help are the only ones I've seen and I'm interested in watching all the others for the 1st time! 😀👍

Lauren

I LOVED watching the next karate kid growing up. Can't wait to watch it with you.

Brooksie

Happy New Year!! 🎉

Dana Sow
>>159940091

Brian Albright
>>159921152

I’m just hoping it gets them to watch other found footage films like Project Almanac, Chronicle, and of course Cloverfield!!

Amanda P
>>159921152

Ahh Cloverfield and Chronicicle are so good! Haven't seen them in a long time. Never seen the other one but I'll have to look it up

Ahmad Zain

Aria Isara
>>160025444

I remembered someone here recommended YJHD, I thought he must be happy they picked it 😊

Aria Isara
>>159941700

I feel like the schedule is always to occasion to discover new things... I don't know Project X at all for example, not sure it's my thing but it's the occasion to check it out 🤷‍♀️ But if people watch only stuff they have already seen and know they like then for sure there can be many months where there is nothing for them.

Bunnie

Wicked. Interesting. I love musicals but this one didn’t really grab my attention as much. I’m 50/50 about it. Probably because I’m not a fan of Arianna. I hope she enunciates well here. I might watch it with you guys. I haven’t seen treasure planet in years! It’ll be nice to see it again. Kinda interested in gladiator 2. I have watched gladiator for sure I just don’t remember any of it lol. I wish you guys could watch Spartacus the tv show from starz way back. Now that’s gladiator :) anyway nice list for January!

DutchDaddyGamer

Looking forward to this month's reactions! Especially excited about Wreck-It-Ralph and Treasure Planet! 😍😁

StaySaneInsideInsanity
>>160066259

You havent seen Wicked at all? Or just the movie? I am not a fan of Ariana, even now, and was worried she'd "ruin" the movie for me but this is the only thing Ive liked with her. She really stepped up her acting with this. Everyone involved really put their heart and soul into this movie and it shows how much they love this story.

Mary Reynolds
>>160066259

I was skeptical about Arianna, but she absolutely kills it. I had a VERY high bar for this movie and was not disappointed, it was incredible.

Bunnie
>>160066259

Both. I haven’t seen any Wicked musical but I know of the story. When I was in NYC in 2017, my friend and I had the choice to either watch wicked or lion king in broadway and we opted for lion king instead. I’ve wanted to see the musical for awhile now but just never had the opportunity again. In any case, I was interested in the movie until I heard Arianna is involved lol. But people seem to be praising her acting so I might see it. Honestly she has a great voice, I just don’t like that she doesn’t enunciate like I said, which is weird cuz I hear she has a broadway experience. Anyway, I might still see due to high praise 🤷‍♀️

Lily
>>159923826

Me tooo!!!! Kind of thought they never would of gotten around to it , didn’t know it was on their radar until the poll vote

Garrett Gee
>>160066259

Honestly my biggest complaint with her is how I can never understand what she is saying when she sings and I was so scared thats what it was gonna be.... it was not. She sang very clearly and more operatically then i have every heard from her. it was fantastic.

Kaitlyn Twix

What a fantastic trailer, and such a great start to a new year! Sooo hyped for this month!

maliemoment

Almost cried about Treasure Planet 🥲

Amber Walker

TREASURE PLANET I’m so excited I was not expecting to see that! Killer month guys thanks and happy new year :)
